NillI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Initially, I was quoted 1000 for an AC room, with the option to switch to a non-AC room for 800. I paid 1000 on the first day but decided not to use the AC and requested to switch rooms. They initially agreed but later denied it when I went to pay, forcing me to pay 1000 again. When I checked out the following morning, I was told I had checked in at 9:30 AM and had to pay extra for a late checkout, despite them stating the checkout time was 11 AM. They never informed me of any earlier checkout requirement. Overall, once you pay them, the service deteriorates significantly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience. All the people giving 5 stars are fake reviews.

NillI would say don't prefer to stay in this Dhoom hotel as they charge very high but don't give any facilities. Even they are not providing the towels. Bathroom are not clean, blankets are so dirty that is not in a condition to be used. Don't stay here. I am from Jharkhand and it is my request not to choose this hotel 🏨 for your stay in Jodhpur.

NillRooms are cleaner and very affordable. Staff members are very friendly. About 400m far from the railway station. Customer can cheaply buy a bed and a locker for 24 hours instead of paying full price for a room. Hotel has no Wi-Fi service.

NillWorse Service .I never recommend to anyone to stay here.very worse experience I have face last night ,no light, shortage of water,dirty clothes,dirty bathroom. Totally Unhygienic

NillRooms are very bad and they charge very high rate. Lenin were not clean .They are not providing towels either. Washroom was not clean .So if u want to waste ur money then go elsewhere and search some other hotel.

★This is without doubt one of the most disgusting and unpleasant hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world - it has no redeeming features and is devoid of any charm or positivity! Do not stay here whatever you do!||||Expectations were not high but we just needed a place to stay near the station and I really wish we had not bothered - the place is a dump, truly filthy and disgusting, the room had not been cleaned and the bin was full of hair and waste, the fridge was leaking brown sludge onto the floor, the bed linen was filthy and stained and the entire room smelled revolting - I wont even start on the bathroom. I have attached a few pictures to give an idea of how vile this place really is!

★★★★In October 2012 we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We were travelling from Jaipur by intercity express train, supposed to stay there for two nights and leave for Jaisalmer on third night by train at 23:45 hrs ex Jodhpur. The hotel is at a walking distance of 2 minutes from Jodhpur Railway station. We wanted to stay near the station and in a hotel which was reasonably budget one, neat and clean. We stayed at the second floor in a room which was reasonably spacious and clean but without any window. There was a small refrigerator with bottles of mineral water, soda and soft drinks (of course usage charge not included in the room rent). We liked the food prepared in their kitchen except French Fries (that was reasonably highly priced considering the amount) and service was fairly good with acceptable delay. The best thing of it is its location. I should mention here that, never miss the opportunity to view the Railway Station, Clock tower, Mehrangarh Fort, Yashwant Thada and Umaid Bhawan palace at sunrise ,sunset and of course in the evening when they are illuminated, from the rooftop. If you are passionate about photography you can get a great view from the rooftop. Be careful at the roof top, as the waste bottles are normally kept there. I also peeped into the kitchen which was fairly clean and spacious. The aged cook was from a nearby village, helpful and friendly. He shared his ideas and views about tourist attractions of Jodhpur with us. ||||Negative point : The area at the reception is very narrow and going to and moving out of the lift is not a pleasant experience when the reception area is crowded. || ||Scope of improvement : Each room should be equipped with at least one table and a chair to keep travel bags, food etc.

NillVery bad experience here. Staff behaviour is also changed after they get money. Bathroom was damaged. Pillow not given after asking many time. Please avoid this hotel and consider another one.
