Polo Heritage Hotel

My family and I spent three days at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was an excellent choice. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and meticulously clean, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The restaurant served fresh, mouthwatering, homely food that exceeded our expectations. The staff was genuinely welcoming, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Located in a serene and central area, this heritage hotel is just a 10-minute drive from all the top sightseeing spots. It’s truly a fantastic value for the experience offered. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel—10/10!

I have been staying in this hotel for over 12 years! It just keeps getting better & better! It is an old Polo Family that run this beautiful hotel and the manager Balbir is just amazing! Nothing is too much trouble!! The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are all old marble. The food is fantastic and the position is quiet and beautiful. Breakfast on the lawn is my favourite! Honestly this is the best kept secret in Jodphur 🙏

The hotel location is in an ideal peaceful area away from the huzzle and buzzle of Jodhpur city. Majority of the rooms have been recently been renovated by the owners and provides an ideal place to relax and unwind. The garden area and the swimming pool are well maintained. The staff members are well mannered and very helpful. Overall a great experience.

This one is truely a hidden gem! Very peaceful and serene, immaculately maintained gardens which made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms are super big and have a lot of character. The food was good and service of the staff was also decent. We had one occasion where we had to request extra bed and linen 3 times before it was finally attended to. The bathrooms showers are old and tired and don’t work as intended. The rooms had no heating. They helped booked safari for our group at a reasonable price which is much appreciated. Overall, all of us had a great time and would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend this to others looking for a peaceful heritage property with a character and history.

It was a horrible experience. The food, the stay, the staff and everything overall was very bad. The guys in the photo were so rude and were behaving disrespectfully. Talking about the food, we didn't get anything as complimentary either, we were slightly late for breakfast. Thus, we had to order and the food was the worst thing ever. It made our stomach upset. We immediately knew that we would never eat there again. One of the worst things was that they made us pay extra. Although we only stayed for a day, they took the charges for two days, and refused to initiate a refund. We had informed them a day in advance that we would check out the next day. They did not agree and made us pay double the amount saying that it's a cancellation fee. Next, the rooms. Not at all maintained. The bedsheets were ripped and had holes in them. Their service was horrible. The staff were so rude and refused to do anything and everything we asked. Overall it's the worst stay experience we've ever had. Don't recommend it at all..

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, look elsewhere. However, if you want a charming old heritage hotel set in beautiful grounds close to the city, Polo Heritage is the place. Staff are a little chaotic, but charming. The pool could have been cleaner (we opted to give it a miss, which was a shame) but otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
