Good Things - Rooms are good, neat and clean, - Room service is also very good and quick, - staff is polite and calm, - payment facility is also available in all means(paytm, UPI cash). - Parking on premise is also available but limited to two cars and 5 bikes but there is a place outside which is also quite good and safe as it is there in the society/lane. - Great deals on online and offline subject to availability. - On premise restaurant is also very good and tasty and hygenic, pure veg, and Jain food also available. Bad thing -As there is Solar heater, Hot water is not as much hot and not sufficient for winter situation. - TV has very limited options for channels. - Doors does not have Latch locks, it is like traditional lock and key. Overall experience was good enough considering all the good things I rate this as 4/5. But still recommendable for budget stay as this is very very great deal for the budget conscious.

We stayed here in Dec 2017. Unfriendly Staff. Rude and Unprofessional behaviour. The place is unhygenic and filthy. Dirty Rooms,The mattress was like lying on a plank of wood,Torn quilt and the customer service was very bad. Location was horrible.||||Example of their Unprofessional/Unfriendly behaviour:||We reached Hotel at 9.30 AM, We show him the voucher slip. After checking voucher slip, he allocate room for us in first floor. After check in the room at 9.45 AM, hotel staff comes to us and said that by mistake they have allocated AC room , you have to vacate this room and go to ground floor we will allocate you NON AC room. We vacate this room and wait for NON Ac room then again he change his statement and said that your Check-in time is 11AM, you only get room at 11AM. Now we again wait till 11 AM , then new person comes and said that your checkin time is 12 PM, although they have room available but they were troubling us unnecessary.I have also complaint for the same to makemytrip but they also seems helpless.

The rooftop dining was only one table with some chairs around it. It had some hotel personnel sitting there and there was trash laying around everywhere, including beer glasses with beer in them! When we mentioned it the next time we went up to the rooftop it was cleaned up nicely. Not a great view from this rooftop and no decor. It's low priced and the food was not that bad. Not a romantic hideaway, but ok for the price.

Beware- Worst hotel i have ever seen, owner is Goon- at night staff denied dinner, when i order online, owner came and threatened to give rs 50/- as "online food not allowed". So they meant that i should remain hungry(as kitchen was shut) or give them 50₹- for food i have already bought online. Other event - Even after promise of hot bath water for bath(january)- no hot water, even cold water ran out in mor ing, leaking washbasin sink, dripping wall, dirty smelly bed lining, comode jet not working, illegal hotel in residential area. Owner गुंडा है, फैमिली के सामने गुंडागर्दी- धमकी देता है, फैमिली safe नही मानती, रात को ही कही और जाने की या police complaint का option सोचना पड़ा।

This is a residence in jodhpur designed into lodge. Near to railway station. Charged us 950 a day for an ac room + 350 for early check-in at 8.30 am. The ac will function only on a default mode. Tv won't work. They provide thick rajais instead of blankets.

Very bad place to stay.. Rooms r not painted properly...not appropriate for family...They give nothing from.food menu...They give what is available...Very poor service after 9 at night...After paying 2500...we have to ask for towel.sheets...Very Very Very poor service...Nobody should opt with family....Did not have a courtesy to even give more 15 min though we had a disabled child with us....

One of the worst hotels in Jodhpur... The hotel is managed by a lazy mis-behaving manager who is the sole person working in this hotel serving different rooms... Only 4 to 5 rooms are available here, whose tariffs are fixed upon inspecting the status of the traveller I.e. no fixed room rent.. One has to pay for the small bath soaps which are otherwise provided as complimentary even in the low cost hotels..The hotel mentions that it has WiFi service, but once the room is taken, neglects to give the password mentioning that it's only for the hotel's personal use... Overall one will have a horrible experience if he avails this hotel...

huge bungalow converted into guest house and is in residential colony..just 2 minutes from main road...very quite and peaceful...|rooms were quite decent and service was very prompt and quick ..although hot water is available only in morning but on request v hot water for bath is given in bucket..|food was delicious and reasonable ...|owner was very cooperative ...|bedsheets were little dirty...|in short one of the most economical hotel and hence room and its facilities was the worth the money
