I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Shaanti Boutique! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such warmth and care. The rooms were beautifully clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Every corner of the hotel has been thoughtfully designed, giving it a unique, boutique charm.||One person who truly stood out was Surybhan Singh. His dedication to ensuring guests have the best experience possible is unmatched. He went above and beyond to cater to every request with a smile, making me feel truly at home. His attention to detail and genuine care make him an absolute asset to the hotel, and he left a lasting positive impression on my entire stay.||Thank you, Hotel Shaanti Boutique and Surybhan Singh, for making my stay memorable. Great stay. Amazing food and service. We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was top notch. The rooms had great views of the city. The breakfast was included in the cost and we served hot and fresh. Lunch and dinner arrangements were good as well. Overall we had a good time.

Relha ma’am was too good. The way of her dealing was very nice. She is sweet and soft spoken. And her team was always very cooperative. I’m so impressed with their work. People should too visit here and the food in breakfast and in the dinner was finger licking. :))

It was a wonderful experience. I have stayed in so many hotels but the experience here was something different I have stayed in 5 star property also but after coming here even 5 star hotel remains the same, lots of thanks to miss Rinki mam for giving such a good experience I will never be able to forget that I was so tired, he came to me and asked Sir, should I send tea and coffee to the room, I felt like I was at home.Such good staff, such good nature, food, love this hotel, according to me, it is the best hotel in Jodhpur Thank u sooo much miss rinki

Food and definitely the ambience of the shanti hotel and restaurant is amazing for d stay as well for the food. Rekha mam and her staff Mr. Pukhraj and Vikram are very supportive n ll provide very homely atmosphere and being a solo female visitor I feel very safe and protective hospitality from all d staff . Highly recommend.

Greetings! My name is Krishna Priya and below are my experiences in this property. 1.Breakfast they had served was stale. It was cooked like last night. Service is too slow. 2. I requested them to provide iron in the morning but didn't fulfilled my request. Later, they provided the same after I called them in the evening several times. 3. Most irritating was from cleaning staff/housekeeper who visited my room for their duty but they sat in my room for a long time and starts gossips with eachother. 4. Behaviour of the staffs was so pathetic, once I asked whether the generator was running or not. They replied unmannered way. 5. In addition, I had a plan with my brother to do shopping etc. He even showed the Aadhar Card in the receptionist but still they denied to send my brother to my room. After few minutes, receptionist asked for the extra charges. This shows they just wanted earn extra money. Horrible experiences I have ever experienced till date. Overall, the property was too attractive with no etiquettes, no sense of hospitality.
