Locating this may be an issue. Many rooms has open or broken window and ventilators in bathroom. Major issue if you are visiting with Lady family members, must check Look is Rajwadi and Food is also royal taste

Of late, the place has become terrible. The desk staff is utterly unfriendly and the service quality has degraded. Moreover, many things in the room were not working during my stay and hot-water was not available for bathing. I had booked the same throygh OYO, and these people asked me extra money, more than the price mentioned on the OYO app. The only saving grace is the cooking staff, who are phenomenal but they are paying for the ill-natured and greedy management.

Pros: big bedroom, big washroom. Clean hotel. Cons: No restaurant, untrained staff and worst room service. Also, they cancel online oyo bookings and you have to book offline with higher price. Almost feels like a scam and very INSULTING for customers. This area is outside the service area of UBER and swiggy and it's hard to find a cab there. Hotel should understand that it's Kota and not Jaipur, if you want higher price for your room, work for it. If you don't want oyo bookings then just detach from oyo and see how many bookings you are getting. Oyo is providing you business but instead you are being disrespectful towards oyo customers. Please improve so that guests can enjoy their stay.

I visited Kota in April for the admission of my brother for coaching. The service right from the time of reception was very cordial and professional. Food was very good (tip: you can ask them to prepare some local delicacies). Rooms were well maintained, with the front ones overlooking palace garden and even a glimpse of Chambal river. Wifi had decent speed and was free. Time to travel to coaching areas is around 15 min. Overall, pretty satisfied considering the price point.

This is a heritage property situation in the heart of city. The property is very well maintained and rooms and bathrooms are king sized. They cheap as budget hotel. One must choose this if looking for quiet place near to jag mandir and collector office. Station is also 10 minutes drive from here.

Very nice pleasant atmosphere. Good food and cooperative staff. Feel like stay at home I am staying here from last 10 years
