The hotel staff made our stay truly memorable. The manager, reception team, and overall staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and attentive, and room service was surprisingly fast. ​The rooms and bathrooms were clean and completely fine for the price charged, though the property itself is quite old and the heavily used furniture is starting to show its age. As for the breakfast buffet, the food quality was good, but the taste was fairly average and could use some improvement. Overall, decent value for money with outstanding hospitality!

Hotel was good having nice cleaning. staff on morning and in resturant was good and polite nature. On one point i am not satisfied. I had a baby during stay. The room service was not respoded for milk for baby at night approx 11.00 PM. staff told to serve but not got till morning.

Best hotel in Kota - Excellent service & rooms Been coming to Kota for 6-7 years and tried almost all hotels here. Hotel 5 Flowers is a class apart. Stay here every month for the last year. Rooms are top quality, service is excellent, and the staff is amazing - very polite and helpful. If you're visiting Kota, skip the rest and book Five Flowers. You won't regret it. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Need major overhaul in their service at restaurant. Pathetic quality and totally unresponsive manager. Also water in swimming pool was stale. It looks and feel like it was not changed since a very long time. Will still recommend it for rooms and locality but all other aspects are not worthy.

This place has really great infrastructure! It's perfect for a comfortable stay, and I can see it being excellent for parties, wedding ceremonies, or even seminars. The facilities are quite impressive. 👍
