Best hotel in kota 👌👌 The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Me & my family want to stay again in this property in next visit.

Worst hotel staff and service, I booked online but when reached they denied for checkin and we were getting late to attend marriage, then after fighting we got worst room, stayed for two days, no cleaning done in between, upon check out they asked to pay even it was already paid. They are no responsible and rude.

I visited this restaurant by seeing the advertisement on Rajasthan patrika offering 20% discount on the occasion of Independence day and rakshabandhan. I asked the staff regarding that offer but they lied and refused saying that this offer is applicable only on parties. I showed them that newspaper advertisement and argued and then they gave the discount.

Pls avoid staying at Hotel Blue Sapphire in Kota at any cost. Hopeless service and extremy rude front office. They dont even have Hot Water in the bathrooms and have to bring it in a bucket. Pls stay anywhere else if you wish to have a good experience. Expect it at Blue Sapphire in Kota and be prepared for extreme disappointment.
