What a beautiful property and excellent location marred by the fact the house keeping and rooms could have been so much left to be desired. The rooms, lighting, linen , etc all lag. The hotel is charging similar to a Taj palace hotel but aren’t even 5% the overall experience. Even though the Jaipur royal family owes and operates this cute place, Don’t stay here if you’re into high quality service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Jaipur House, Mount Abu! If you’re planning a trip to Mount Abu, Jaipur House is a must-stay. The location is just perfect — perched on a hill with a breathtaking view of Nakki Lake. Watching the sunrise from the garden restaurant area was magical! The service and staff were extremely warm and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. The hotel has thoughtfully designed small group cabins outside, so you can enjoy your time together without disturbing your room. Loved that idea! The pool area was well-maintained and peaceful. The food was delicious — every meal felt like a treat. Best part? You don’t even need to step out; the property itself offers everything for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend Jaipur House for a serene and comfortable stay in Abu

The natural surroundings are beautiful, but the hotel needs major improvements in terms of service which begins from front desk to everything. In terms of cleanliness, food quality freshness requires big time change. We had planned two nights but chose to leave after one. Hoping management upgrades it service's.

I don't think any other hotel in Mount Abu has a view which is as good as The Jaipur House has, lovely and amazing view. The hotel is great, it has been renovated few years back and it has all the amenities and features to be called a 5-star hotel. The team was professional, friendly and, they offered us the special view table, which had the best view. And also the hotel looks even better during the night. The swimming pool view is awesome. Must visit place and I think this is the best hotel in the Mount Abu.

This property could be far better than it is now. Basically it’s living off its past glory, so the staff is bureaucratic, we came after a long drive from Ahmedabad and the staff almost felt like it was interrogating us at reception. ||The basic rooms are bad, no views and feel like dorm rooms with their prosaic architecture, the more expensive rooms are better but then you have to shell out a lot more which in my opinion is not worth it. ||Food is alright, the hospitality seems a little tired and longs for fresh energy and warmth. Wouldn’t recommend the place, neighboring Bikaner House is far better value for money. The only advantage here is the location right next to the lake.

Staff at reception was not friendly or welcoming at all. Overcharged for an extra mattress in room. Overcharged for water bottles in room. No dental kit or iron in room. Deluxe rooms are very small, feel like jail cell. Food is mediocre. Do not recommend this hotel.

One morning, clouds literally passed through the hotel 🌫️—pure magic! If you're staying here, you don’t need to visit anywhere else in Mount Abu.
