Hotel Vilas – Mount Abu – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience at Hotel Vilas in Mount Abu. When we arrived, they promised us all kinds of facilities — but once the payment was made, their behavior completely changed. The owner’s attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. Every time we asked for basic services (which were promised during booking), he replied, "I haven’t even done this for my father!" — which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The hotel management does not care about customer satisfaction. Cleanliness was poor, the service was delayed, and overall, it felt like they just wanted our money without providing proper hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Manager is a wonderful administrator of this hotel who is extremely careful to the customers. The price of the rooms is considerable. Very clean, soft bed. Amazing designer wall, lift facility, water supply, AC and non AC available. We were very satisfied with this hotel

YES YES YES! AMAZING PLACE FOR SUCH A CHEAP RATE AMAZING SUPPLY OF HOT WATER, VERY COOPERATIVE OWNER ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN IM SO HAPPY AFTER SEEING THE ROOMS WE HAD BREAKFAST AND EVEN IT WAS PRETTY GOOD GOOD JOB!!

One of the best hotel in Mount abu . All staff is supportive with good smiley face .room is neat and clean .room is spacious washroom is big and clean.food is awesome .hotel ambiences is well .hotel have big garden. Hotel is on main road .all are good things
