NillWe were a group of 17 and booked eight rooms for one night. Location was very convenient. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and very spacious. The manager was very cooperative and the staff was also very courteous. The food arranged was very good. We had a very pleasant stay. I will recommend this hotel. Overall wonderful budget hotel.

NillA very good property right at the entrance of Mount Abu. We had clouds in the property itself when we visited in September 2024. Staff is very good and supportive. Just don't get late while checkout, or else you will be charged extra. Rooms are spacious and decent. However, bathrooms require maintenance and repairing. Property is close to market.

NillI recently stayed at Hotel Kaka Inn and was very disappointed with my experience. 1. Cleanliness and Hygiene:- Dusty Surfaces: There was a significant amount of dust on the surfaces, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Unchanged Linens: The bed linens appeared not to have been changed from the previous guest, with visible stains. Insect Problem: There were insects in the room, which was very concerning. 2. Service and Staff:- Unprofessional Attitude: The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and did not seem well-trained. Unattentive Service: The service staff were inattentive and ignored requests for assistance. Poor Communication: There was a communication barrier as the staff did not understand or speak English well. 3. Facilities and Amenities:- Outdated Facilities: The facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. Uncomfortable Beds: The beds were uncomfortable and caused back pain. No Hot Water: There was no hot water available in the bathroom. 4. Food and Dining:- Poor Breakfast: The breakfast options were very limited and of poor quality. Cold Food: The food served was often cold and seemed reheated. Overpriced Menu: The menu was overpriced for the quality of food provided. 5. Noise and Environment:- Constant Construction Noise: There was constant noise from nearby construction work, which was very disturbing. No Soundproofing: The rooms lacked soundproofing, making it hard to sleep due to external noise. Unsafe Neighborhood: The hotel was located in an unsafe area, making guests feel uncomfortable. 6. Value for Money:- Expensive Parking: The hotel charged an exorbitant fee for parking. Extra Fees: There were unexpected extra fees for basic services like using the safe or Wi-Fi. Poor Quality for Price: The overall quality of the hotel did not justify the high price. 7. Booking and Check-in :- Experience Overbooking Issues: The hotel was overbooked, and my reservation was not honored. Disorganized Check-in: The check-in process was disorganized, causing long delays. Wrong Room Type: I was given a room that did not match what I had booked online.

NillMy stay at Hotel Kakainn was far from pleasant. The room I was given had a musty odor as soon as I walked in, suggesting poor ventilation or cleanliness. The linens on the bed were not fresh and smelled unwashed, which was off-putting. The bathroom was another disappointment. The tiles were cracked, and the grout was visibly dirty. The shower had low water pressure and took forever to warm up. It felt like I was staying in a run-down motel rather than a hotel. The noise levels were unbearable throughout the night. The walls seemed paper-thin; I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and hallway noise as if they were in the same room. This made it impossible to relax or get any decent sleep. To add to the frustration, the promised amenities like the fitness center and business center were either closed or not operational during my entire stay. This was particularly inconvenient as I had planned to use these facilities for work and exercise. The customer service was lackluster as well. While the staff were polite, they didn't seem equipped to handle the issues guests were facing. Requests for a room change or even simple amenities took multiple follow-ups and still weren't fully resolved. Considering the price I paid and the experience I had, I would strongly advise against notstaying at Hotel Kakainn. There are much better accommodations available in the area that offer cleaner rooms, better service, and more reliable amenities."
