Hotel Castle Rock

Rooms were reasonably clean. But bed sheets and linen dirty with stains. Rooms were of poor standard. Needs major renovation. There was a dead insect on the pillow. The only positive thing was the view out. Lovely view when breakfast out in the open.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Service and Unacceptable Hygiene Rating: 1/5 We booked a Standard Deluxe Room at hotel castle rock, mount abu but were initially given a normal room. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were eventually moved to the correct room on next day. However, our stay took a disturbing turn when we found a rat in our room. To make matters worse, the hotel staff showed a lack of concern and cooperation in addressing this issue. The hotel's failure to provide a clean and pest-free environment, combined with their poor customer service, made our stay extremely disappointing. We would advise others to exercise caution when booking this hotel. Puneet Mathur

Average stay. The hotel fell short in cleanliness and decor felt outdated. Scenic location, but far from the market, resulting in extra cab costs. Only redeeming quality was the breakfast. Overall, wouldn't recommend it can get a better option in near market.

*MUST READ TILL THE END* One star for the location . ! NOW READ CAREFULL! Before booking! THERES NO SECURITY IN NIGHT + NO SAFTEY FENCE (its jungle area hotel must have fence) + THE ENTRANCE IS STARIGHT 80degree which is quite hard to climb!! + THE STAFF DOSE NOT REALLY DO THEIR WORK IF THE ROOM HAS LIZARD OR MOUSE THEY DONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! And AT LAST ( THIS HOTEL IS SLIGHTLY HUNTED WE WERE 8 PEOPLE ALL FELT HEAVY PRESENCE DURING NIGHT AND NOON 3am to 3pm. Both

The price charged by the hotel was too much inflated. We paid 2.5 times then the normal for the one night stay at the hotel for deluxe and standard AC rooms. The location is decent but according the service was not up to the mark and food quality was not quite good as per the price they charged. Not recommended for other things. But if you want beautiful location at mountain top with good sunrise and sunset, castle rock is good for stay.

Excellent stay and excellent ambience and hospitality. Had an wonderful stay with family. All of our family members including my 8 year old son enjoyed a lot. The property is just excellent and located in a prime place. The service is also outstanding. The staff is like home

view and location of this hotel was so good but hospitality and their standard rooms are too bad we upgraded our room from standard to deluxe after seeing the dirty rooms pl look into the pictures i attached before u visit. apart from this they have not provided the electric cattle not any soaps or shampoos in bathroom and we have paid 7k for this type of service.. not upto the mark pl improve don’t fool ur visitors

**Review: 1 Star** I had the worst experience at this location. The pictures on the website do not match the actual rooms, which is incredibly misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families at all. The kitchen was unclean, and I even spotted a mouse roaming around. While the general staff was friendly, the kitchen staff was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing issues. Overall, a disappointing stay.
