NillProperty is great, no doubt about that. Rooms were not well maintained. Cracked roof, peeling paint, dirt on floor etc. Housekeeping staff were interested only in collecting tips when asked to clean the dirt. Restaurant was great. The staff at the restaurant were also brilliant. Bringing housekeeping and rooms to the next level will make this place a dream.

NillMarvellous and a wonderful opportunity to experience living in a Maharajahs summer palace with art deco touches. Grounds lovely, staff very helpful quiet and relaxing. The local Jain temples are stunning. The ambience is genuine and no modern hotel can compete. If you don’t mind the generous rooms being a bit’ old fashioned’ this Is well worth a stay

NillA beautiful serene place to stay if you are visiting Mount Abu. It’s the summer palace of Maharaj of Bikaner which is now converted into a Hotel. The property offers very good rooms, excellent food, and extremely courteous staff who would help you with everything with a smile.

★★★★★Very peaceful and laidback atmosphere. Luckily there was less occupancy so very quite. The property and grounds are well kept. These days they have regular visits for a bear family. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Would not stay anywhere else in Mt. Abu.

NillWe spent 2 nights at Bikaner palace hotel as a family. Although location is good and property will make you feel royal but if I say about service it's worth a hotel which costs 2000 per night . Paying more than 10k for such service is we worthless . I had to call 5 times to get a hair dryer in my room . Even they don't give an extra bottle of water if u have used one bottle per person . They don't provide dinner after 10 pm and there is no buffet system and when you order one thing on breakfast and after that u order the other they get irritated and say tell once whatever u want . They don't understand that we can't eat everything in one attempt. There is no service like any good resort and hotel . I will suggest not to waste money for this one as just for the ambience . When we pay 10 k @ night on any other resort we can get amazing service . Even they don't pack food for kids . I had a bad stay there but in udaipur we stayed at Bamboo saa that was really amazing experience. So don't waste money for palace hotel and search for some other .
