Hotel New Sun N Rock

After viewing view points for this hotel we plan to stay at Sun N Rock Hotel for a single night. We found it difficult to stay. 1. No good cleaning , I needed to change the room. 2. When we checked in,hot water was available as we have been informed that it is available from morning 7 am for a few Times . We requested as we stayed in January in too cold season, but we couldn't get ourselves refreshed. 3. Next day morning hot water was available but not usable as it was with yellow colour. 4. Bed sheets are with spots and not in good condition. I will not recommend this hotel ..

Do not stay if you are couple too much nuisance around the hotel room boy knock the room at 2 :am without any reason and say sorry my mistake I want to go another room please do not book this property if u are with your family if u are friends so book it dear hotel owner this my humble request to you please hire a new staff when I am reached hotel the receptionist playing a PUBG and totally ignored guest We waited till their game was over

Very worst and bad experience. Fraud photo showing on google. Actual very bad room and service. Suggest don't go visit or book the hotel 🛍️🏨

Very poor service and hospitality |Bad management .worst facilities : Rude staff, long lines at the front desk, and poor customer service Unpleasant smells, delays in check-in or check-out, excessive noise, and elevator , accessibility

Hi Everyone, I had a recent fabulous stay at the Hotel new Sun N Rock, it was a fantastic stay I ever had. They welcomed and staff carried out my luggage instantly & left at the room. I've a little kid, so I required the milk at mid night (3:00 AM) so I called up in the reception and they instantly provided the service to me. In short I would say the over all staff was helpful, caring and supportive. I would suggest everyone to choose this property without second thought so that you can enjoy your trip.. A huge Thanks to the Hotel new Sun N Rock family..Keep serving best service...You made my trip wonderful and memorable ❤️

Uncomfortable Beds Unclean Rooms Poor Housekeeping Unfriendly Staff Noisy Environment Poor Air Conditioning Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone and certainly won't be returning. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

The Rooms Were So Bad their AC’s are not in working conditions Plus they don’t give you refund if you don’t like rooms There is one person Ravi who is disgusting in terms of hospitality Plus it is also Far From Nakki Lake they are just making fool in terms of everything Washroom seats are also broken and filthy…….. If you are going with couple their behavior is also very bad So So BAD😡 Please DONT STAY HERE STAY AWAY
