Hotel Green View Cottages

I visited Green View Cottages in Mount Abu and had a terrible experience. The rooms are nothing like the photos shown online – completely misleading. The condition of the rooms and washrooms was extremely poor and unhygienic. The staff was very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Service was pathetic, and they had no interest in guest comfort. The location is also terrible – not at all convenient or scenic as claimed. It feels like their only goal is to take your money without providing even basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and not fall for the fake pictures and promises.

Nice gardan property,If you are looking for facilities then book hotel in any city.where you got every facilities,but you didnt got weather and view like this,if you want a great view and scilent atmostpear close to nature,then book this hotel its a perfect place for nature and weather lovers,staff was also polite and helpful,parking was also available and there was no disturbence for party lovers and there was some positive vibes which makes your mood happy everytime that i experience,i am a regular costumer of this hotel ,i came here with family even my childs are also happy with this property,i came here with friends and they also like heres vibe.The main point is this property was sutaible for every age group peoples.

I would recommend that you do not book this hotel as there are so many reasons...first there are no basic amenities like soaps, not proper cleaning, even there was no connection of AC despite we have booked AC room, there was dirty small of cigarettes from bathroom, there is no water available in time, Paints are failing from the wall, there is water leakages from the ceiling and many more, we have shared all our points to the staff and asked for some refund but staff has behaving very rudely. I haven't seen any hotel like this and i would recommend that please don't go for it. I wish i could be rated even 0.01 star but there is no provision of doing this.

Nice cottage very clean and very green view food service are very good food quality also good but room are available after 12 pm but check out time 9 am rules and regulations are not good. Security are not available. earliest morning are very cold environment.

Bad experience - Outside view is really amazing except the dirty canal with dark black water. - Not well maintained property. - They took water battle charges, not a single water bottle they do provide. - amenities are dead - baby crocroches were roaming around (found 1 on wall, 1 on bed, 1 on floor) I request the management please maintain your property well, it is really located at very beautiful and natural place what people like us are looking for.

After taking 4000 they are failed to provide basic facilities like cleaning ( rooms are so durty sigarette smell,drinking bottles are not cleaned, floor was muddy), they are charged 500 more for hot water, check out time was 9 AM even at booking there mentioned 11AM. No electricity backup was there.T.V not working, even hangers are not there for hanging the dresses. Totally worst experience. Waste of money.

Worst experience. Room is of tin shed. Not like showing in pictures. Never book this hotel. Security issues they open the room in ur absence. Outside food not allowed. Cockroach in rooms Spiders in rooms Mosquitoes in room Insects in room Not providing any extra mattress. Not proving basic aminities like complimentry water. Simple room no water kettle nothing. Worst Food quality. I booked for 3 days After facing all these issues when i asked to checkout 1 day early they refused . They told u have yo pay for 3 days either u stay or not. Never stay in this hotel even in pick season. Search some other option otherwise you will regreat.
