Hotel New Sun N Rock ( 1km from Nakki Lake )

Okay rooms like it was around 1300/- and the rooms feel likes humid and not so good.But yeah they are okay 👍 if you want room around 1300/- BUT I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. So we didn't check in there and the place is also in congested road so from my point of view it's not to good but yeah if you want to take a room around 1300 or less it's okay to be there otherwise you should spend some more money and look for some other hotels. Because in mount abu TRUST ME I DON'T RECOMMEND CHECKING HOTELS ONLINE JUST SIT ON YOUR VEHICLE AND ROAM AROUND FOR SOME TIME TO BE ON THE BEST HOTEL ACCORDING TO YOUR BUDGET.

The Rooms Were So Bad their AC’s are not in working conditions Plus they don’t give you refund if you don’t like rooms There is one person Ravi who is disgusting in terms of hospitality Plus it is also Far From Nakki Lake they are just making fool in terms of everything Washroom seats are also broken and filthy…….. If you are going with couple their behavior is also very bad So So BAD😡 Please DONT STAY HERE STAY AWAY

Worst Hotel Experience Ever😡 I stayed at hotel new sun n rock, and it was the most dreadful experience I've ever had. First off, the room was filthy—dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful n Owen also mr. Irfan kureshi. When I tried to address my concerns, they dismissed me and acted as if I was an inconvenience. To top it all off, the noise levels were unbearable, with thin walls that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Save your money and sanity—stay anywhere else!

Uncomfortable Beds Unclean Rooms Poor Housekeeping Unfriendly Staff Noisy Environment Poor Air Conditioning Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone and certainly won't be returning. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

Not recommended at all...Worst hotel I have stayed after paying hefty amount.. it's a cheap 300 rs type hotel.. rooms are worst...do not book online after watching photos online...I have booked AC deluxe room but didn't even feel like deluxe room....staff to bilkul ghatiya he or owner to mahaghatiya he.... Worst experience ever

Poor customer service, and lack of amenities, I feel like I wasted my money. There are much better options available for the same price or less. Avoid this hotel if you’re looking for value for your money.
