Hotel Hilltone

Rooms need a round of proper deep cleaning and a coat of paint. Rooms are big , but look a bit used due to worn out paint. Service is good. Staff are helpful. Especially in restaurant. They have two menu options for dinner buffet, but are accomodative to our requests. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. Check in process is smooth. Location wise, very centrally located.

Hotel Hiltone is an amazing property in Mount Abu — perfect for a staycation with family or friends. The pool is great, and they also offer indoor games to keep you entertained. The service was nice, rooms were clean, and the interiors were well-designed. Definitely one of the best locations to relax and enjoy your trip!

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was excellent, and the service was outstanding—staff were always attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a pleasant and relaxing experience

1. Resort is beautiful with all amenities 2. Restaurants food is top class. 3 But rooms are not that much good as per mentioned. Lockers in rooms don’t work. There is not lock from inside room to lovk it at night. No hair dryer in washrooms. 4. Staff is very cooperative.

Stayed here in July 2025. Rooms were good, but the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms was terrible. The pool is heated and great, staff were welcoming and friendly. Location is great as well. Games room was good, but there was an extra charge on pool and air hockey.

Average Stay – Needs Improvement I stayed in the room with a private balcony and pool view, but unfortunately, the experience was just average due to several issues: 1. The in-room amenities were quite limited only two tea cups, two regular tea bags, two green tea bags, and four sugar pouches were provided. That felt minimal for a room in this category. 2. The mirror placement was poor, with no proper lighting nearby and no accessible switchboard for using a hairdryer or other appliances. (While a hairdryer wasn’t provided, which is fine, the lack of convenience was noticeable.) 3. Overall lighting in the room was dim and inadequate. 4. The room felt overpriced for the amenities offered. I’ve stayed in many places across India some for less and some for more but this one didn’t meet the value expected for its price. The view and balcony were nice, but the basic amenities and room design need serious attention to justify the cost.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hilltone in Mount Abu, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff with a smile and polite behavior. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the balcony was beautiful — the perfect way to enjoy the natural charm of Mount Abu. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member, from housekeeping to room service, was incredibly polite, respectful, and always ready to help. Their behavior and nature were simply awesome — very humble, professional, and genuine. It felt like they truly cared about making our stay comfortable. Room service was quick, and the food was delicious too! If you’re planning a trip to Mount Abu and looking for a peaceful stay with top-notch hospitality, I would highly recommend this hotel. Great service, courteous staff, and a warm atmosphere — everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Its opposite to mt Abu Bus Stand. Well maintained. Having indoor games, swimming pool, evening light music with bar, conference rooms available. Breakfast is buffet, lunch and dinner available authentic food. Completely greenery maintained Staff is very cooperative and very helpful. 24hrs hot water available.
