NillWe are the victims of Hotel Owner's Mischief. He opened our rooms with the keys given to him for cleaning, and shifted our whole luggage to other rooms without informing us and our earlier rooms were given to others.Infact we have already pay for that room in advance. While asking about that he said "Do whatever you want to do i will not give your room back, Noone can do anything to me, you just get lost otherwise you will be thrown out from the hotel and you can do nothing. He was having 2 entry registers. He confidently asked me to show my entry in register. I were shocked after seeing that this was not the register where i had entered my details and signed. We became so much afraid after seeing the behaviour of hotel owner as there were 2 young ladies in our family. We came first time in Mount abu and we experienced a scary incident. We have already Lodged Complaint against this Hotel and his owner in tourism department

NillI do not recommend staying in this hotel because of the reasons below. 1) not provide anything after 11 pm. 2) third class service 3) many more reasons for disappointing this hotel.

NillIt was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean including the wash room. The location was close to bus and taxi stand but it's just slightly away to avoid the noise of main road. Room service was quite prompt and hot water was available during 7 to 10 AM as promised by the manager. I actually checked in at about 12 noon and asked for some hot water for a bath. They arranged it immediately. The room charge was also reasonable. As a whole I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

★★Me and my girlfriend stayed at Raaj Kamal for 3 nights because it was basically the cheapest hotel we could really find in the area and we were met by a tout for the place when we got off the bus. We were given a rate of 600r a night which wasn't a bad price but were told that this was a massive discount from the usual price charged. When we looked at the board showing peak season prices it quoted the cheapest as being 2590 which would be absolutely absurd to charge and we just figured that they had put random numbers ahead of the actual rate to make it look like we got a decent rate.||Anyway, after checking in we were shown to our room and it wasnt too bad to be fair. We have been used to staying in the very cheapest accommodation in India and so havent got high expectations for what we are receiving. The room had a tv, fan, double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a western toilet and a shower (hot water 7am to 9am) although another room we were shown for the same price only had a bucket instead of a shower so make sure to double check. We didnt notice any smell when we first walked in because the door was already open and i figured that it had probably been open to air the room out for at least the whole day. When we actually left the room and returned later we were hit by what smelled like either strong paint or petrol and we eventually found the smell was coming from under the bed, so we presume they had sprayed something in there to deal with the pest problem we later had.||We could handle everything up until this point, but after our first night in the room we both woke up covered in bites and after a search around the bed we found several large bed bugs which we squeezed and loads of blood came out so they had obviously been feasting on us. We tried covering up for the next 2 nights and slept in our sleeping bags as well as using bug spray so it wasn't too bad for the rest of our stay although we kept finding more and more everyday. ||The worst thing though is that we think some got into our bag and for the week or so since we have left we have found the same sized ones in our clothing and had to do serious searches of our bags to root them all out. We could only have got them from this hotel as well because we havent had to deal with bed bugs on our travels for over 2 years up until this point.||The hotel has wifi access for free which we were able to get in our room and was a decent strength although it is quicker out in the public areas. ||The owner is a nice guy and speaks great English so he was very easy to communicate with although when he isnt around it is very hard to get anything from the young lads that work there. They don't use there initiative and instead decided to just giggle in front of you instead of thinking to go get their english speaking boss. You can't leave your door or window open with these lads around either without them staring blatantly with every chance they get into your room.||There is food available at the hotel although after the disgusting butter toast we ordered for breakfast one morning we decided to leave it there and only to eat elsewhere. There are some great food places only a 2 minute walk away and they are dirt cheap as well which was good for budget travelers like us.||The hotel is located around a 5min to 10min walk away from the bus stand.

NillAs the names of 5star raiting persons suggests they all are the near and dear ones of the hotel owner. Otherwise no guest can give them even a 2star review. The dirtiest and most unhygienic rooms of the Abu. We stays there for two days and we have khatmal's bite marks all over our body. Even when we complain about that, they simply provide us two plastic chairs to spend the night on them. They have the largest mosquitoes of the world. Even the kitchen and the food was also pathetic. Dirty utensils and food material. And most of all despite having such a higher charges, they charges extra for providing bath soap.
