Worst hotel ever no services ,bed smelling ,bad staff ,no water,no food faculty but kept a huge five star hotel menu in room ,no electricity,no cleanliness,nothing working,they don't know how to treat a customer .they charge too much and always want to loot the customer.i would recommend not to ever visit this hotel because in starting they will seem to be so peaceful and good but they will show their true colours after you check inn.i would suggest that you should go to other hotel where you can find good rooms and better services and also in lower prices then this hotel . I am writing this with my personal experience

I would say use this Hotel as a Last priority not first because at the time of booking they say that all the facilities are available but after that no service are provided. I give you my example as I've book single bedroom for 1 day they say that you will get hot water in bathroom from 7am to 9am and TV is also there in the room but when we get in the room, TV was not working next morning no hot water in the bathroom and they say you will not get hot water in bathroom for that you have to use common bathroom. So please see other hotels before this. Yes Location is good. But what to do with location if there is no good service.

The place is really far from market place. So you will have to walk long way to reach the main market. Also the water facilities are very bad. No warm water available even after complaining multiple times on the reception. They are fooling with fake commitments saying you'll get the hot water in 5 min or the pipeline is under maintenance. The rents are also high for this rooms. Those who have problem in walking or climbing please don't take this rooms. The hotel staff also doesn't cooperates at all. You can get much better hotels in same price with better facilities. I request Please don't take rooms here.

Worst hotel ever I have seen, No electricity, no food, no manners to talk to clients, no water, charges too much and faculties are just none, even the bed smells, I could get a good room with nice facilities in nice location in this price. I am regretting why just I check in to that hotel.

I think this star is also extra that I have given .this hotel should get -5star.very bad staff,no sense of security,bed smelling,no food services but kept a huge 5 star hotel menu,no water supply hot water is afar,no electricity,bad staff,they don't know how to talk to a customer,when we talk them about the faculty they start to misbehave and fight,they will talk so sweet until you check in and will show thier true colours the moment you check in .also their is no cleanliness the rooms will look good in photos but they are so dirty and they do not even change the bed sheets that are used before but say that it is changed.i would reccomend not to ever visit aur stay in this hotel it's better to stay in a public dharamshala then staying in this hotel .also they charge too much you can easily get a better room and with all faculties nearby and also in lower prices .they even lure you by saying that they will show you all the sightseeing points in one day but by any chance if you are unable to see many points but still the next moment they will ask you the prize for those places also which you have not seen and will start a fight and threaten you by saying that let's call the police.i would suggest that you better book taxi from outside don't hier the hotel taxis until you have to waste your money in vain.

New hotel rooms were so small.and They charge for Blanket as well around 70rs each.Offer hot water in bucket from 7am to 9am Only. even They dont offer towels as well.They will charge for water.They ask 10 min for hot water and not come till 2hrs.if you go again you will get normal water they this hot water. Disgusting.according to service price are very high.

Dont ever visit this hotel if u want to waste ur money then u can waste.... #poor hygien #Rooms are not clean nd maintained... #Be aware of vehicle fraud from hotel staff, if u rent a vehicle from them kindly take complete inspection of vehicle ,make proper video of vehicle, try to check each and every part of vehicle... #they were charging us huge amount just for one screw of mud guard gets misplaced ,think so it was their preplan, as we havent checked each nd every part before taking vehicle... #never ever stay there, they fraud....
