Hotel Radhika Palace @ Nakki Lake

As such there is nothing special about this small hotel. There are no amenities and its just like a lodge. If you are regular traveler and prefer to stay in 4 or 5 star hotels you won't like this at all. But I am giving 3 stars considering many aspects. 1. Its budget friendly. One room will cost just Rs 1000 or less. What else you expect from a place like this. 2. Staff is good and friendly. They will work for you to keep you happy. 3. Walking distance from Nakki lake They need to improve a lot on cleanliness and some basic amenities like provision of hot water and toiletries plus some basic hygeine. Else for this much money you can call it a good place to spend a night but not a good hotel to relax

Worst hotel. The rooms, toilet , bedsheet, pillow everything was very dirty unclean unhygienic and mouldy. The bathroom had a stinky smell all the time. The bathroom don't even have jet spray and everything is very old and dirty. DO NOT GO by seeing the Google review the mistake which I did. Only the location is somewhat good as it is nearer to Nakki Lake. Rest everything is very very bad. The worst hotel I have every stayed in.

Last week me and my friend visited mount abu and booked this hotel. But I disappointed for room and the washroom of it. The seat of toilet is broken and at morning there is no facility of hot water for bath.. location is average and service is little bit good but we had to say 3-4 time for same service.

The rooms are so bad and mouldy. We came here as a class of 50 for study trip and all the rooms were different than the pictures they sent us! All the rooms were mouldy and none of them had clean washrooms. The smell makes it worse. The upper floor rooms are much worse because they are in a very very bad setting and the balcony is broken and fully exposed to rain. Not to mention the 2-3 full grown bears roaming outside this hotel putting a danger to everybody’s lives. Never book this hotel. We even asked them for a refund and they demanded money instead to us for checkout??!

It's very horrible experience..if you go with family please don't book this hotel... They allotted rooms for family on road side (Ground floor) , which was distribution whole night. So many hotels avail with this rate with good facilities.

Rooms were not clean at all, smelly blankets and dirty bedsheets. All inside walls in rooms have mold(seelan). Staff doesn't bother to provide a clean bedsheet. The only good thing is the location .. rest nothing is good and prices are way too much for a 3rd class room. Couldn't even sleep well at night.

1. Jet Spray is not available 😁 2. No Service at night till morning 7. Not even Water bottle. Water need to be filled before 12 AM. 3. Drinking Glasses were little bit dirty. (Its ok for bachelors)

All the rooms have mold , the bathrooms are awful. The worst staff service , they have blood strains on bedsheets, black fungus on pillows Do not book a room here , the pictures are a scam.
