Worst place to stay.. Pictures are misleading and rooms don't look even a slightest bit like the one posted online. The deluxe room offered looks like garbage dump and is not even worth Rs. 500. Oyo hotel's worst hotel rooms look better than this. Don't stay here if you really value your money and don't want to spend your night at a shabby dirty and unsafe hotel. You won't even get basic facilities like water or tea. Owner is a complete scamster.

i made advance call before 3 days for check in at 5:am morning , lady on call usha agreed to give early check in and said room is available is allotted to you. on day of check in at 5am they denied to give room and i suffered from 5am to 9am with my wife and 1 year old kid outside hotel due to no room available in any nearby hotel. this hotel want only money they don't care someone will suffer due to their decision. i don't recommend this hotel. they only have basic rooms

Mr. Owner - Please take some feedback or advice: 1. Don't force guests to pay all money in advance on arrival. 2. Guide your staff to change the bedsheet before arrival and not post. 3. Greet the guests with smile. 4. Don't offer non ac rooms when we are paying for ac rooms. On upgrading please charge money but keep your ac's in working condition. 5. Don't deny water when guest had checked out. 6. When you are charging full, keep every thing in working condition like AC, Telecom, Wifi, Towels availability, water facility etc. I know you were not present personally but your staff hardly bother about keeping goodwill of your property. This feedback is not to demotivate you but as an eye-opener because I know you will work to improve the customer service and satisfaction. Good luck😊

Never ever stay in this hotel...They are complete fraudsters..The hotel was involved with a local shop with a fraud in my case and they were trying to abuse and take money from me and my friends... absolute worst hotel in mount abu.

Never ever recommend to anyone. Very bad experience of mine.Never choose balcony room there. Rooms are not clean and hygiene. Toilet look like sparrow's house.
