Our stay at Samrat International was absolutely wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious. Though the hotel is quite old, it is very well maintained. Location is close to all major attractions. Food was delicious and we were served a variety of food of our choice for breakfast as we were the only family staying at that time.

Initially I was hesitating to book after seeing some negative reviews. But when I stay here I am completly satisfied . All staffs are very polite and services are quit prompt. Location is fantastic. Resturent is also providing good food and excellent service. I stayed in 4 bed room. My room review is for same room. Keep it up.

Staff is very polite and the bollywood hollywood restaurant is serving fresh and good quality food, overall everyone enjoyed the stay during our trip to M.abu, Nakki lake is also at walking distance, Parking is also available in their premises.

It was worst experience in staying this hotel. Because the reception person behaviour is not acceptable.he thinks that this hotel is only one hotel in Mount abu to stay. His language with me & my family's is not acceptable. Only location is good but service is worst.only room service person behaviour is good.
