Hotel Service too poor Taking too much charge without any facilities

Overall experience of the stay was good, nice experience of palace stay, however the location is little off from the main market area, it is located on the route to polo ground.. The WiFi service is available at extra cost. There is no swimming pool or any other attraction for kids.

1. Wash rooms were very very dirty as if they have not been cleaned for 15 to 20 days. Kids also denied using such dirty wash rooms.||2. Hot water not available always. One has to call for same. Once started then it is OK||3. Pathetic and forgettable stay||4. Not recommended for staying in present condition

We visited Mount Abu and stayed at Hotel Kanjis which is near to RSRTC bus station and main market. It is very advantageous to stay near bus station when a transportation become main concern. The location is very nice and so pleasant for sake of our mind and health. The hotel staff is so efficient and hard working to maintain the interiors of the hotel up to date.. Hotels balconies and terrace is designed very creatively that everyone can enjoy sitting and the view from there. I would specially thank the owner of the hotel Mr.Ajitbhai, who is really a very kind hearted person to all his guests. He is very helpful and always ready to help the guests. Overall experience was very excellent and memorable. I would recommand stay at this hotel to everyone visiting Mount Abu.. Do stay, enjoy the view, have the best service and make your trip memorable.

It was a comfortable stay I'm hotel Kanji's. Its clean and the staff is polite and helpful. They provided us with early breakfast though the kitchen timmings were different. Its a 15 minutes walk from nakki lake.

A nice budget hotel. Very close to Main market.Stay with Family. The rooms are neat and clean and good sized.The owner of the hotel was a kind person.Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Mount Abu in a budget.

Today is Saturday and we stayed in mount abu hotel kanjis, as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed here by the hotel staff and the room we were told was very clean and very fast service Nice stay

*Hotel Kanjis* If you're looking for a homely place for stay, not-so-fancy which is safe with friendly staff and inexpensive then this is what you've been looking for. This place is right in front of the very famous Chacha museum. Nakki Lake is just about 10 mins walking distance from here. Also, it's very convenient to rent a scooter or bike to explore the vicinity of Mount Abu. And Hotel Kanjis is just 100m away from the Gujarat Travels shop who provide rental two-wheelers which is another reason to prefer this hotel. Also, if you're traveling by bus, the bus will drop you at the Gujarat Travels shop I mentioned above, so convenient again!! If you're traveling by your own car then their might be a problem. The street is narrow but you can manage to find some parking space nearby on the street. If I am traveling to Mount Abu again, I would still consider staying here again. I would like to thank Hotel Kanjis for the lovely stay.
