Hotel Ambay Palace

Hotel Ambey Palace is a room only offering. ||The rooms have all been recently renovated and are meticulously clean. There are only about 8 rooms, all have en suite with Western toilets. There are no additional facilities but for the quality and price it is unbeatable.||Don't waste your time looking for somewhere else in Pushkar if you are on a budget and want something clean.||All rooms are doubles (of varying sizes) some with air con and some without. My friend booked hers without air con for a month and negotiated the price down to 350 rupees a night, mine with air con was 450 rupees for a ten night stay.||I'd grab a room before the owner works out he can charge at least double!

I agree with a previous reviewer that some of the staff are a bit odd. One guy in particular is very tall and seems to be a few cards short of the full deck. Harmless though - just get receipts for any payments, just in case. It seems to be a father running things and a few dodgy sons more concerned with the clothing export business running on the ground floor.||||Overall - average. Relatively clean. Big rooms, rarely hot water. TV with a few English channels. Good point is the low price and it is just outside the centre of Pushkar - close enough to be excellent location and far enough to escape on Holi when you need to!! Good wifi. Plenty of power points. Mini balcony. We stayed 6 days and didn't regret it.

The hotel is on the road between the market street and the bus stand. The room was spacious, but the walls seemed a bit barren. The sheets were clean, but there was dirt or gravel beneath the sheets. The bathroom had hot water available. The hotel offered wi-fi, but it was 2G speeds, and stopped working after the first night. I notified the desk clerk, and he told me to wait 10 minutes. I checked several times after this and the wi-fi did not return.||The hotel was quiet the first night, however the second night I stayed, there was a great deal of commotion on the street until nearly 2 am.

It is centerly. Located in badi basti.marwad bus stand is nearby rooms are neat & clean with air conditioners cable TV & attached bathrooms. & all this for800 to 1000/.check-in is 24 hours.pushker lake is nearby. Though hotel does not have restaurant every thing is available nearby.opposite the hotel is khandelwal dharamshala.also maheshwari dharamehala is nearby.ther is movement of people & vehicles throughout day & night unlike the Brahma temple area where it gets deserted after 9o clock.

Room is not clean washroom and Towal not clean TV not working. All off very bad experience this property Dharmsala one towel in the Room but yus towel
