The Ranthambhore Heritage Hotel

The rooms are so stinky. They will not even use freshener before letting us checkin into the hotel. There is no power backup. No geyser. No room freshener. My friend got rashes after sleeping there for one afternoon. The only positive is the location to reach the hotel. DONT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

The hotel looks very beautiful and cool from outside but the AC in the room doesn't work properly and the TV doesn't work at all but the staff here is very active and their behavior is also good, if the AC and TV in the room are good then it is a great location

The rooms were clean and the hotel had very nice interiors with lots of paintings. They had a huge common area with sofas. The staff is kind and helpful. But the hotel is full of mosquitoes and I spotted a rat there. They also provide safari but will charge more than the government price. Don't expect a luxury stay if you are travelling under budget u may consider this property. It is located near the ranthambore circle.

No power backup. No water supply in toilet after 3 hours of check in and registering the complaint at service desk. Staff behavior is completely different after payment. Complete mismanagement of services. After finding and complaining to leave the hotel , the staff says that the booking amount is non refundable. Curse the moment, when i decided to check in the hotel

No geyser.... No kitchen... No staff.. Dirty rooms. I borrowed water heating rod for hot water. No phone for reception. No morning tea available. Worst place to live in.

Terrible stay, bad room, no water bottle, no hot water, dirty and torn bedsheets, worn out bed, almost zero speed wifi, mosquito, dull at the entry and entire hotel. Slightly better than dormitory because you get a lock to lock your belongings in your room, that’s all. Hotel doesn’t really care about the feedback. Ratings overall for this hotel misled me to book this hotel. Ruined my trip

Great location but staff behaviour was not good and rooms are so dirty , major issues is water.

Very bad service in this hotel, in morning no water in the bathroom, & I told him he say I will pay half amount, but check out time his talking with rudely, & aggressive, I will not recommend visit in this hotel.
