This place is a joke and a scam. They promised hot water, a basic amenity, only to invent pathetic excuses about a broken heater in the morning. This isn't just bad service; it's blatant dishonesty. And to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to gouge you for every single bottle of drinking water! Forget anything complimentary – they bleed you dry and demand full payment upfront for this abysmal experience. This was, without a shadow of a doubt, the single worst hotel stay of my life. Save yourself the frustration and the money. DO NOT stay here.

####AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL####### 1. Most of the google reviews of 5 Star are fake and paid. 2. We stayed here for 1 night occupying 2 rooms and both the rooms didnt had Geaser for hot water. 3. Upon asking the staff had the audacity to ask who needs hot water in June heat ? Which is customer insult. 4. They asked us for 20rupees extra for each towel. 5. No default water bottle included in cost. 6. Bathroom are really dirty and in shady condition with smell and dirt in toilet seat. 7. The toilet seat was full of yellow dots which must have accumalted due to poor washing post room cleaning. 8. They have placed college students on receptions which have no discupline. Just FYI this review is from a level 8 local guide and i have stayed at numerous hotels in my journey and giving 1 star is absolutely counted as the worst experience of my life.

Very bad service and hospitality 1. Just for 1 nyt we stayed here. All hotels Basic amenities like hot water and towels were not available here 2. No back up electricity 3. Rooms were not clean 4. Geyser was not working 5. Hotel staff were lazy and were giving excuses

Horrible hotel. The staff behaved soo rude and rooms were not cleaned. He also asked for extra charges while vacating. The hotel is soo unhygienic. Never go with the good rating shown

Pathetic experience. ...no proper food facility , no kitchen,never ever trust them regarding safari booking,charges were very high , they did not even informed about the possibilities of safari booking cancellation .waste of money and time...no body was in the hotel except us . flush was not in an appropriate condition.....rather than accepting their own fault they blame the tourist.Will never recommend any one to book this hotel otherwise you will waste your money and the time as well.spoiled the tour.

Not worth the money we have spent, when we visited, we saw that they have uploaded wrong and misleading images of the hotel from outside. They refused to give water by giving excuses that it's off season, refused to change the bedsheets and refuse to clean the toilets. There geyser giving current after saying several Times. No towels, toothpaste, oil, cream, shampoo etc. no tv signal, no electricity. We had to spent our time without electricity in room.

Receptionist was an older guy. Who was good and kind. But the hotel rooms are old. Canter pickup for safari is right outside.
