Hotel O Sector 14 formerly Saniya

I had an awful experience at this hotel, and it was nothing like what was shown on Goibibo. Despite informing the staff about our late arrival, my wife and I were left waiting outside the hotel around 1 AM with no assistance or communication from them. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The listing mentioned complimentary breakfast, but the staff denied having any breakfast service, which was incredibly frustrating. To make things worse, the hotel name on Goibibo was different from the actual hotel name, adding confusion. The room itself was poorly maintained – even the bathroom was not cleaned properly, which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

No water bottle, any person above 5 years are considered as adult which not mentioned any where. Very poor service. Area Manager of Rajasthan was also rude. Overall experience was pathetic. I will never book OYO now onwards.

Best Hotel in Udaipur as per location and room was comfortable and they provide best and clean services. Staff behavior, management is good & nice.

After 7 days of advance payment & 3 times confirmation on the phone, this hotel has not given me accommodation when I reach there with my family (wife & 2 daughters) even though I was waiting on the roadside after 20hrs driving from Pune to Udaipur at night 1.30AM by saying that the electricity issue happened but he has sleeping in AC room there. Not even Oyo helped me there at midnight & I have still not received the refund. And the height after my complaint to Oyo the hotel is saying I have done the check-in there, it's different to think that I proof Oyo my check-in in the different hotel which was done at runtime with the higher price & non-ac room. There are a lot of good reviews there about this hotel but I still decide before booking.
