Our stay at Hotel Lakend, Udaipur, was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality that set the tone for an amazing trip. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect.||The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. The management was incredibly organized, ensuring every detail was taken care of seamlessly.||The food was simply delightful. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package, and every meal was a gastronomic treat. The variety, quality, and flavors were on point, making dining a highlight of our stay.||A special mention to the wonderful staff who made our experience unforgettable: Ms. Taruna, Ms. Aakanksha, Mr. Karan, and Ms. Shaeen from the front office for their warm assistance; Mr. Yash, the manager, and Mr. Ranveer and Mr. Parbhat from the restaurant for their outstanding service; and G.M. Mr. Arjun for overseeing everything so efficiently.||Thanks to their efforts, our Udaipur experience was truly wonderful. If you’re visiting Udaipur, Hotel Lakend is a must for a memorable stay!

This did not feel like a 5 star hotel at all & it did not provide the personalized, elevated touch indicative of the hospitality industry in Rajasthan. The good- it’s a lakeside property with lovely views. It was mostly clean and well kept. The bad- the wifi was incredibly slow, to the point that you couldn’t use it. The breakfast buffet was dirty and not well-supplied. Staff was always courteous, but I feel like there aren’t enough staff members to attend to the number of guests. The level of service and attentiveness was shockingly low after staying in three other hotel properties during our Rajasthan trip. The rooms and overall decor felt very basic and like a corporate hotel in any city, & with no heritage touches you’d expect in one of India’s most beautiful cities. There was some confusion at the front desk about our checkout date- we corrected it at check-in but three more times the confusion came up. They called us the day before our checkout saying we are late and need to check out soon, again we corrected it. That evening our cards wouldn’t work because they hadn’t fixed the issue. This only created more frustration with our experience. Overall, this felt like a budget stay though it’s marketed as a luxury experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and lake view, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself luxury & well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool was very clean & neat. I was very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Lakend, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the level of service was top-notch. The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, ensuring we felt welcome and well cared for.|Many Thanks to Ms Shaheen , she managed all things very well and we liked the warm gesture and handling of all the celebration related work.|Much appreciable all her efforts to make sure our Birthday celebration becomes worth in all ways.|This Hotel is everything you could ask for in a luxury stay—exquisite accommodations, impeccable service, and unforgettable experiences. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, this hotel promises an extraordinary experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Amazing hotel - location stunning…staff, perfect!! A special shout out to Ranveer Singh - he was brilliant and so helpful. Thank you Lakend for a magical stay.||Waking up to the lake view was magical. Lake view rooms gave us that added luxury and I highly recommend upgrading to this room.||Enjoy your stay - we loved it!!

We stayed for 4 nights and from the time of arrival to checkout, eveything was taken care of very well. Hotel location on Fateh Sagar lale is a treat to watch. Hotel staff are very kind and courteous will excellent room upkeep. Chefs were very very helpful in giving specially made food for our baby. Special thanks to Karan Singh, restaurant staff and housekeeping for making our stay a memorable one

Absolutely gorgeous hotel inside and out! We loved staying here. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The food was tasty and the service was good. The views of the lake are spectacular. The entire hotel space has a calm and relaxing demeanor about it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location is just perfect. Right by a clean lake, with serene views of the city. Service is top notch as well. The room was spacious and well appointed. Plenty of transportation options available right outside the hotel. This is the third time I'm staying at the hotel - it's beginning to show its age though in a few places.
