Hide-In Udaipur

We stayed 1 day/night during the Diwali mini vacation and it was a good experience for us. The amazing decoration of hotels and lake views is just awesome at night time. They also arranged a Folk Dance show on the terrace for all. All the staff are supportive and helpful. The hotel does not have a car parking facility but they arranged it nearby govt parking with a cost of Rs 250 per day. We found a delay in room service at night time due to this folk dance program maybe as all are busy in it but it should be improved. Overall recommended for family Trip. The location is just a walk in the distance to the main areas of the city. It is a heritage look premium class hotel and charges are a little bit high but you can afford it for a good royal experience in the middle of the city. Thank you.

The hotel location is in the centre of the city. Rooms are lake facing and views are very beautiful, morning views is awesome. Food facilities are also good...City palace,lake pichaula and other important sites are near to it...it will take less than 5min to reach there... I am very happy to book room here..

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were filthy, with broken equipment and no hot water. The bathroom was disgusting, and the dining area was full of ants and dust, with uncleaned tables. We booked four nights but left after one. They initially refused to refund us and only returned the money for one night after a dispute. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!!!

I stayed here for three days and had a below average experience. Lakeview rooms are not worth of what they are charging for it. Rooms are old with old equipment even all Essential good was given only when asked. After 2 days we shifted to non lake view which is like a cage of suffocation for which also they charge hell amount of money. The worst experience I had with parking, While booking the hotel it was told to me that they will book a slot got me in near by chandpol parking for which I need to pay on daily basis even after paying a good amount of room tarrif. The parking is run by some local agents who will just loot you. They did not allow me to park in midnight and i was with my car with no place to park. Hotel staff is good but not the desk managers. Overall I won't recommend this place as you can roam around in near by area and find better places with affordable price. Plus point of the property is there restaurant which has fabulous food and amazing staff.

My Experience: I recently stayed at Hide-In Udaipur and it was an absolute delight. The property is right next to Lake Pichola and is beautifully designed, blending traditional Rajasthani architecture with modern amenities, creating a perfect blend of heritage and comfort. What I Loved: Ambience & Design: The warm welcome, vibrant colours inside the property, and pleasing decor instantly transport you to another era. Room Quality: My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of Pichola Lake. Service: The staff was incredibly polite and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and cared for. Dining: The in-house restaurant "Mannat" served delicious food and live performances every day in the evening. Final Thoughts: I would highly recommend the Hide-In Udaipur to anyone visiting Udaipur, whether you're on a leisure trip or a business visit. It offers a perfect combination of luxury, tradition, and hospitality. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit! Overall Rating: 4.5/5

The location of the hotel is almost perfect being near the lake view, The Host Mr. Shrey warmly welcoming us. very supportive and helping nature. staff was very helpful. they have inhouse restaurant "Mannat" , beautiful lake view and sitting area. though cost of menu higher then usuals. but delicious and tasty food. all the place like market, city palace and many other attractions near by hotel. only problem is Parking not available. you have to pay daily Rs.250/-. thanks to kartik bhai
