NillVery bad experience! These guys don't have proper restaurant services while they claim to have one. We were served cold Garlic Bread and cold tea in December's cold evening. When we contested they told that chef is not available. Strange! We didn't eat that cold and stale bread and returned the garlic bread. Next day when we checked out they tried to charge for the garlic bread. When we argued then we agreed to charge for two bread sticks that we consumed and didn't charge for the sticks we didn't consume. It was horrible to see that instead of feeling guilty for serving cold food-stuff, they charged us brazenly for the bread stick that we had taken in mouth. Poor food service and poor customer relations. The receptionist hardly picks up the phone.

NillNot worth spending money. You can get better hotels in lower price than this and at good place. There are more hotels cheaper and good near Pichola lake. Room rate at here is 1400₹ and you can get room at 800-1200₹ at Pichola Lake

NillPathetic, unprofessional and rude staff. Only money minded people and after taking payment not bother about the guest. Will recommend not waste the hard earned money in this hotel. These people are cheaters.

NillNot good for Good Families. Cheap type vibes at expensive rates. Flushed my family mood as soon we visited. TV was just a showpiece. Dont book if it shows price more than ₹1000 1200 . Booked at 2300/- which was a big mistake. No quality in anything either rooms, interior, toilet was oldly made. even staff looks like some rural guys hired at cheap salary. Nothing as shown online. Bakwas aur mehnga😝

NillA Disappointing Experience at Hotel Mahima Palace (a Yansh Group Property) Recently, I stayed at another property of the Yansh Group…and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory….despite the attractive reception area, everything else was below average….the reception had 3 - 4 girls sitting at the counter who continuously gave mischievous smiles, making us feel quite uncomfortable right from the start….the staff overall was untrained, unprofessional and uninterested, who lacked basic hospitality skills….no one seemed to know anything about the hotel services or the guest assistance. While the rooms were clean, but there was no one available to provide basic amenities….the service call phone in the room was broken, and the bathroom lacked a geyser….instead, there was an old and dirty bucket with burnt corners, clearly understandable that is used for heating water with an immersion rod….essential items like tea, slippers, toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc, etc), and even drinking water were not provided… The food service was even worse….we ordered tea and pizza, but after some time, we were told pizza wasn’t available….we then ordered garlic bread and tea instead…only cold tea was delivered to the room….when we reminded them about the garlic bread, they brought stale, refrigerated pieces long after we had finished our tea….the bread was cold, chewy and completely inedible….when we returned the plate, there wasn’t even a hint of apology….we then went out to have anything…. Somehow we spent the night and checked out early the next morning….the staff was not sorry even at that moment for the last night…shockingly, they included the cost of the returned garlic bread in our bill……to say ‘sorry’ is not in their ethics…they only revert to positive online reviews only…..no ‘sorry’ either online or offline….their staff appeared arrogant, disinterested and completely unbothered by the guest discomfort…..I would not recommend this property to anyone…..Hospitality is clearly not a priority for them….and it’s best to avoid such an unprofessional experience…..

NillWorst experience I had with my hotel booking. There was hardly a staff just 2-3 young boys who are clueless when asked for any service. We booked two deluxe room but when we checked in they gave only 1 room and asked to wait for an hour for other room. After one hour they gave another room and worst part was door lock was broken 😡. When talked to manager he was like what is the need to lock the room. Next when my parents when in lift there was power outage. Even hotel is not having power backup facility. Manager was clueless whom to call and what to do in such situation. My parents were in lift for 20 mins. Then we any how opened lift door and pulled them out from lift. We had a booking of 2 days but we checked out just within 4 hours. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, I BARE LOSS OF ~7K and had to book another hotel on urgent basis on high rate due to weekend rush. I REPEAT NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE, WORST MANAGEMENT. Also don’t go with photos on google. Hardly 1-2 rooms are decent but other rooms are not at all up to the mark. I will not even rate this hotel 0.5/10. Highly disappointed customer.
