Very dirty room. Pathetic place. No hot water in washrooms. So much of dust. People were fighting for water and other stuff in the morning.

We were here for 3 days, it was like home. Clean room good service and very friendly staff. Best hotel for budget friendly person. It was a phenomenal experience for us to stay here. Kudos to all the staff who are very supportive.

I liked the hotel, it was pretty new, neat and clean. Room was spacious enough for the price. Biggest issue is that the room isn't soundproof. So you won't get a good sleep because of all the noise and talking outside the room. People would be drinking, eating or chatting outside the room making sleeping impossible. Location is very good. Most places are walkable distance.

Hotel all rooms & services is good ( Services like जो भी बोलो हो जायेगा & मिल जाएगा ऐसा।). and Food and Drink facility with good option for lunch and dinner. (Specially for Gujarati) The hotel staff is also good and friendly.

Hotel is very good and location is also good. Everything is nearby and auto is available directly from the outside of hotel gate. Famous restaurant Khumma ghani, lake pichola, City palace, Jagdish Mandir is also in walking distance of around 1-2 KM

Cheap Quality Hotel. Its just looks new but infrastructure is in poor quality. Stayed in Room No 203. Room AC was leaking. No hot water at all in bathroom for 2 days. Comod flush was faulty. Non cooperative staff. Better look for another hotel than staying and regretting here.

The hotel manager was so Humble and helpful, service was great. Hotel was very clean , well maintained and beautiful. The room was very spacious, had cup board, dressing mirror and window side seating , perfectly suited for having great meal. We had a great time at Sarkar Retreat.
