Hotel Girnar Villa

The place is hosted Satyapal Singh location is wonderful for the stay the best part of the stay was they provide home like food whatever we like they will always say yes . The stay here is recommended for all with family . Rooms are completely near and Clean also ventilation is superb here. I didn't do SPA BUT THEY HAVE SPA TOO WHICH WAS VERY NICE. ICING ON THE CAKE WAS THEY HAVE A ROOF TOP RESTURANT FOR DINNER WITH SOFT MUSIC WHICH WAS VERY SOOTHING.

Perfect place for groups to stay, not for family. They have very good and reasonable rates for their property. Nice roof top to sit and chill. Their cook is also somewhat good.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room had a great view. The location is perfect, close to all main tourist spots. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!"

It was worst experience with this property. This is not safe property for family. Property Owner Mr. Satypal Singh Dodia behaviour is very bad. I have raised an issue for door lock at 10 PM on 15.11.2023 and he misbehaved with me without giving solution. In fact he used slang language also suddenly. He doesn't know how to behave with guest. I have lodged police complaint also against this property Owner. This hotel was booked from Makemytrip.

Owner of this hotel is very kind and cooperative. When it comes to room i would give 4.5 as you don't get those highly structured and premium ones but yeah at this price it is best you will get in udaipur. PS : Rooms are very clean and services are too good.

Budget stay. Good location. All tourist interest places are quite within reach, 1 to 3 kms. Hosts need to get a littler more organized. Linen in the room needs revamp. Rugs n blankets surely do. We as a family of nine enjoyed our stay and got good support from hosts.

We booked this place for 3 nights seeing the good reviews posted here. But we were sorely disappointed as we found the rooms to be in urgent need of renovation. Soiled walls, cracks in the wall and ceiling, uneven plastering, loose light fittings, unserviceable light switches, leaking washbasin, bathroom doors in need of refurbishing to name a few. The TV was not working too when we arrived. The hosts should ensure that everything in the room should be in working condition BEFORE the guest arrives. It is no good attending to these things after the guests point out flaws one by one. There is no dining room and in the lobby outside the rooms, two tables and some cheap chairs with torn linen and worn out cushions covering them make up the place where meals are served. Better to eat outside. Our room was in the basement and we had to pass through an area which looked like the store room cum living quarters of the house help. The windows overlook a poor neighbourhood of the city. So instead of some lake, we were looking at some very ordinary brick homes with unplastered walls. This place may be ideal for solo backpackers on a budget but for families and large groups, it is better to book a hotel where you have professional staff.
