OYO Hotel West Wood

Worst hotel I have ever been. Its very shaddy. Not at all recommended for Family. Very bad, dirty & stinky rooms broken latches Lift not working They have ty up with Taxis and Auto drivers who will take you to this Hotel, but dont fall under the trap. Its better to get the hotel in old city, you will find the good budget hotels there. Also to add more, there were condoms packets in the cubboard which no one bothered to clear from the room. Pathetic Expierence

The hotel is such that it instigates me into a tumultuous outburst of violent abusive actions and words. The staff service is no less than being utterly horrible. The staff behaviour is too adamant so as to be happy as a boarder. The rooms for accomodation is so small that it hardly fits a group of parents and one child. There are NO balconies. NO SOAPS , NO TOWELS , NO SERVICE AND NO WILL TO HELP FROM THE SIDE OF THE INSTITUTION. The lack of cooperation and the stern attitude is MORE THAN ENOUGH TO DRIVE ANY SANE INDIVIDUAL INTO ENRAGED MADNESS. They will give you no water-glasses even after repeated demands . The toilets are unsanitary. Often the water is completely unavailable and that forms a catastrophe. The Hotel is far from the main city. About 10 km away from the main city. It has a odd location. The lift of the hotel is too small and hardly fits 4 persons. The rooms are such arranged that all the exhaust fans of the toilet faces the passage , forming a stinky condition all over each floor. The rooms are alloted much later than arrival. The locks of the rooms often malfunction and leads to agony and fear. THE HOTEL IS ENOUGH TO GIVE ANY TOURIST AN UNPRECEDENTED HEART-ATTACK . DON'T BE HAPPY LOOKING AT THE FACADE OF THE HOTEL , BECAUSE LOOKS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN UTTERLY DECEPTIVE !!!! WE ARE DISHEARTENED AND FANATICALLY FURIOUS.

I'd take time to write everything I experienced in this Hotel - Gutter smell in bathroom (probably due to some Gutter line problems in Hotel) - No towels ( I asked for towels twice ) - Bedsheet not cleaned, I could see many hairs in the bedsheet and pillows when I entered. - Could see dirt in the corners of the room, doesn't look like it was cleaned at all - A group paid 16k for 2 rooms and the owner allowed DJ speakers in the rooms, Whole night (from 10pm to 5am) they were shouting, dancing, jumping around the hotels. Too much noise whole night, my family and other people hotel rooms kept complaining but the staff said its Owner's decision. Pathetic! Avoid this Hotel at all cost, I trusted OYO brand but it seems OYO too care least about it.

Thishotel has all of the premium features of Oyo rooms ,i loved it because of the amenities i was provided with clean bedsheets, nice food ,polite and helpful staff who provided selfless service,and free wifi too.

The location was excellent. Very nice and professional staff.Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
