The facilities were excellent, and everything worked seamlessly. I also appreciated the quiet and peaceful surroundings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect – from the service to the comfort and the atmosphere. We stayed at Ramada Udaipur for 3 days and had a wonderful experience overall. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and luxurious ambiance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. The only downside was the food – while the dining options were decent, the taste did not quite meet our expectations, and the prices felt a bit on the higher side. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Udaipur if you’re looking for comfort and good service. Highly recommended for the stay experience!

We stayed in the private villa room and had a mixed experience. The Bad -The water in the room's washroom was salty. While the staff acknowledged an issue with the water cleaning system, they had no solution. It was disappointing for a five-star property's high-end room to lack basic water filtration. -Room service was extremely slow, and we often had to call twice to get things done. -The property is far from the city, and it was difficult to get a cab on crowded days. The Good -The food at both the room service and the restaurant was quite good. -The staff was courteous and helpful.

I recently stayed at Ramada resort and am really pleased with the experience. The location was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the security guard- Mr. Kailash, he was really helpful throughout. The rooms were clean well-maintained and comfortable. The amenities such as the pool, spa, and activity center were excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend your resort to others. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed one night at Radisson Udaipur and the next at Ramada Udaipur Resort. Comparing both, the service at Ramada was definitely better. We had a beautiful mountain-view room where we enjoyed a stunning sunrise—it almost felt like being in Himachal or Uttarakhand. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Simran, Gurwinder, and Jitesh for arranging such a wonderful room for us.

Overall good stay, the service needs to be improved though. The staff on reception is slow for check in and out process, food orders for in room dining. They charged more for food than what was mentioned in their menu. Cultural activities are arranged in the evening which are good. It was a decent stay

We recently hosted an 75th birthday function for 120 people at Ramada and were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The property was elegant, spacious, and well-maintained, perfectly suited to accommodate our group comfortably for a wonderful dinner. A special mention goes to the manager, Dev, whose professionalism and support made the planning and execution seamless. The highlight of our event, however, was the food. Chef curated a diverse and delicious spread. Each food item was flavorful and prepared with care and precision. Specially the live counters were amazing. Every single person from our group relished the food and enjoyed the evening to the maximum. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Ramada for hosting events of this scale.
