The overall experience was good , rooms are neat & spacious . The property is located on an ideal location, transport & market is easily accessible. Overall ambience & rooms are authentic but there are certain areas that need to be improved- 1. Breakfast quality can be better 2. Services should be improved and fast 3. Needs to hire more staff for different floors & different tasks ( especially male attendants) 4. Restaurant & rooftop area need maintenance & cleaned. Thanks

Overall ambience & rooms are authentic but there are certain areas that need to be improved- 1. Breakfast quality can be better 2. Service should be fast 3. Good points: Suite room size was big enough. Toilet and toiletries were okay. Good view only available at roof top restaurant. Breakfast taste was good. What I did not like: Quite overpriced as compared to what it deserves. Lack of overall professionalism. Had to wait long for breakfast due to lack of staff. Blocked View from room window (we can see only other buildings). The room allotted to us was stinking and we had to change it. Costly food (400 for a medium size dish of Pakora)

The check-in process was very smooth, with both the day and night receptionists being incredibly humble, kind, and supportive. The restaurant manager was also very personable, and the hotel staff was consistently supportive. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough. Overall, the stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking view of the lake city. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant, were top-notch. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, featuring a diverse menu and exquisite flavors. The live music on Saturday night was romantic & fantastic . The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the overall experience was worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking luxury and exceptional service.

It was an extremely pleasant 4 nights stay at Ramvilas Hotel. It's relatively new in the area, so there are certain interior changes still being made. The view from the rooftop is fabulous and room service was prompt. Food was a little on the expensive side. Overall, it was a really comfortable experience.

No amenities like pool/spa. Not worth the price we paid Food is good. Service, especially the restaurant service can improve. It was chaotic. They could not get us a table even though we reserved. They have some live music and stuff which most of them not liked I guess No view from rooms. Next door Chunda palace is a better option

We had the best stay. It was a very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The restaurant's food was amazing And the staff and the manager treated us very well. Definitely worth it. Would go again

Was travelling, with kids and parents. In sep 2024. The front desk staff, Gajendra Singh helped us with early check in and guided us with options to plan a good city tour.||The room and complementary dining experience was great, and honestly is much better than the fancy lake side restaurants.||The hotel over looks the lake and Oberoi Uday vilas. In addition, another young student, who also worked as a staff, Mr Mahendra Singh , helped us to the top most terrace, for a good view of the lake, lake palace ,the historical evolution of Udaipur, the culture etc.||There seems to be also some construction work nearing completion, which will give a corner view to the scenic landscape once completed. Locality is also good, with good approach road.||Overall a very happy, memorable and joyful experience. Very nice place and very nice people that reflects the culture of the people of Rajasthan. Thank you.
