The whole hotel is so mermerising with intricate details. Every nook and corner is so beautiful and picturesque. They allowed early check in for us as rooms were available. The bathrooms adjacent to pool and restaurant was just average and could have been better. Staff is very helpful and humble. Food was tasty but a little overpriced.

I recently visited your rooftop restaurant with my family to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the rooftop area was closed, and we were shifted to an alternate space. While I understand the situation was beyond control, the alternate seating area felt quite ordinary and resembled a wedding community hall. The ambiance didn’t match the expectations we had for a special occasion. Additionally, the tables were wobbly, which affected the overall comfort. That said, I want to appreciate your team for the excellent food and service. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The quality of food truly stood out and helped turn the experience into a memorable one despite the initial disappointment. I hope the ambiance of the backup area can be improved for such occasions in the future. Thank you once again for the hospitality.

We had booked this hotel for 3 days and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. They personally took care of allergies. Gentle live music was played and we could make song requests. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend. Also we were happy with service of Ishika in the restaurant, she really made sure to serve us what we wanted and was very polite. Overall for hospitality, for cleanliness, for the view from terrace and overall stay we rate this as five star experience. Hope to visit this place again.

Had a great stay here! The rooms are heritage-style and give a nice feel of history. Location is perfect — right in the middle of the city. Food was tasty and had good variety. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hospitality and service were excellent. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and comfortable stay.

Had a great check-in experience smooth and welcoming. The views from the top are absolutely stunning and add so much charm to the stay. The breakfast spread was impressive and satisfying. Staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms had a lovely traditional Rajasthani touch, adding to the overall vibe. Truly loved the stay at Chunda Palace!

Visited for 2 nights in July for daughter second birthday and overall experience was good, may choose to give them 4.5 star for few small reason but as no option to give so its 5 out of 5.||The property was earlier a Palace and later converted to a heritage hotel ||Location: Situated in relatively peaceful location with respect to chaotic Lake pichola area but at same time just 10 min auto ride to Lake Pichola/City palace area ,we were traveling with own car so one more reason to choose this place, they have safe parking in next campus ,valet parking is there ,they would park the vehicle.||Check In:We had booked direct ,there were some confusion regarding booking but was shorted swifty by the reception staff,then in next 5 min we were at our room.|Room:We booked historical suit ,size of the room was great ,a comfortable bed ,sofa and all basic amenities including tea/coffee set and a. locker.There was a decent size changing room between room and bathroom which can also be be used to store baggage.||Bathroom:Bathroom was quite big in size, toiletries were provide but this is one area which was not unto the mark, bathroom fittings need to be changed now ,they looks too old ,also bathtub looks little dirty.||Facilities: The property have Gym and 2 swimming pool, one pool in indoor with temperature control and another at roof top with view ,we used. the one at roof top.||Food:Our booking includes breakfast and had both dinner at hotel only.Breakfast was good, better than our expectation, decent spread with live counters serving pancake, dosa ,chila etc, at the time of breakfast like flute music was going on ,live flute music by Dharmesh jee was icing on top.||We also. have dinner at the restaurant ,same kitchen have 2 sitting option, roof top at 6th floor and fine dine at 5th floors .First night we ate at roof top and that was another negative what we experience during stay.Food was good but service was disappointing . It was very much mismanaged ,had leal means and Sule ke murg and food was fantastic (but service disappointed ).||Next day had dinner at 5th floor and it was good ,both service and food, had Daal bati and a chicken gravy as recommended by server (but sorry I forgot his name). We had visited Udaipur multiple times and this was one of best meal we had. ||Overall we had a good stay property ,staff were too. courteous ,service throughout stay was good.Definitely can recommend it specially for those who wants to stay in a heritage property but away from crowded and chaotic lake pichola area.

Visited their restaurant for the lunch. Ambience and staff is amazing. I specifically wish to mention the politeness of Arpita. She was prompt in serving as well. Loved the food. The quality of the food is top notch..! Must visit place.
