Decent hotel that is reasonable for the price you pay. Expect minor niggles such as dysfunctional windows, geyser, flush etc. Staff service is average. Overall a great location with proximity to most other amenities. If you are looking to spend less time in the hotel and more time outside, definitely recommend for the price.

The staff hospitality, food, ambience, and view are all excellent and the hotel is value for money. The location of hotel is in a quet environment close to several tourist sites as well. The hotel is a whole vibe with photogenic, aesthetic interior and a cute pool.

I stayed there for 3 days, Service was average and There was an electricity problem throughout my stay and also a Hot water problem for almost 15 hours in winter. Room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Also they extend my stay for 1 more day immediately. So allover 6/10.

I recently stayed at the Shahpura House property in Udaipur, expecting the same high standards I experienced at their Jaipur location. Unfortunately, this property fell far short of expectations for several reasons: Room Condition: The rooms had severe seepage issues, and I was moved multiple times due to the unsatisfactory condition. The overall ambiance resembled a poorly maintained facility. The water pressure in bathroom is very less. Service Quality: Room service was extremely slow, taking over two hours to respond to requests. Moreover, the absence of an in-house restaurant exacerbated the inconvenience. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast provided was below average, lacking variety and quality compared to other hotels in the same price range. Overall, my experience at this property was disappointing and did not justify the cost. I would recommend exploring other options in Udaipur for a better stay experience.

I stayed here for 3 days, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel as it is a complete waste of money. The hotel staff displayed clear mismanagement. There was no authorized person available to handle customer concerns. The breakfast provided was disappointing and of poor quality. Overall service was subpar and not up to expectations. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was exceptional in every aspect, with outstanding service throughout. The rooms were meticulously planned, spotless, and serviced daily. They even accommodated special requests for our infant toddler. The receptionist service provided by Paramita was particularly impressive.

Our visit to Shahpur Palace Hotel was made extra special by the kind and helpful front desk girl monika singh. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, with her warm smile and excellent service. The overall hospitality was wonderful, and we truly appreciated her efforts. All over review is very good go for it

The property was so good and staff was really nice , we had an amazing experience with food, stay and all the facilities, Receptionist Monika Singh was also kind in nature to provide us best udaipur experience in terms of stay
