Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Beautiful and Clean rooms. Very safe for girls. Staff is very helpful and kind. We are very happy. Value for money.. Thank you Phoenix for making our saty very easy .

Very rude behaviour by staff members. They won’t allow us to enter into room although price is fully paid. Like to give 0 star but don’t have that option.

The people there don't know how to speak to customers and tell you inflated rates. I spoke to them yesterday about rooms and today as well..in just 24 hrs they doubled the prices. Apparently there is no transparency and whoever answers the phone tells you a different rate.

I had taken 2 family rooms while my previous year diwali trip in 2020. There are multiple reasons why my stay was awesome here: (1) Fabulous property, this hotel is based on overseas styled theme (2) Ameneties inside this hotel is also awesome (3) Hotel is situated at one of finest area of udaipur which is city center so access to different kind of food is very easy, along with that exactly to the ground floor of the hotel there are multiple food cafes and ambience is mood refreshing (4) Hotel staff is very much co-operative and helpful (5) Hotel rooms are nice clean and balcony area to chill out adds to the hotel’s charm
