Amantra Comfort Hotel

I never thought one hotel could truly be perfect in every aspect, but this place completely changed my perspective. Recently, I visited Udaipur during a festival rush. Due to the crowd and some inconveniences, I couldn’t find a place to stay. Around 9 PM, I reached this hotel through a quick Google search, hoping to get a room. Unfortunately, they were fully booked. But instead of just turning me away, the staff kindly asked if I had eaten dinner and invited me to their restaurant. While we were dining, their manager, Mr. Dave, personally came over and, with a very humble approach, offered us their boardroom. He arranged four beds for us so we wouldn’t be left without shelter that night. The gesture was so genuine, thoughtful, and beyond what we expected. They charged us a very reasonable amount, but the kindness and hospitality we received were priceless. I’m truly thankful to Mr. Dave and the entire team for their humanity and warm-hearted service. In a moment of need, they stood by as more than just hoteliers — they made us feel cared for like family. This hotel has set a new standard for me when it comes to hospitality. Wholeheartedly grateful!

I had such a great stay at Amantra Comfort Hotel! The staff were genuinely polite, friendly, and super helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience feel really warm and welcoming. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious food with great service. Everything about my stay felt easy and enjoyable, and I really appreciated the care and attention from the team. I’ll definitely be visiting again on my next trip—it already feels like my go-to place in the city.

The hotel is good with excellent hospitality. Rooms are spacious & neat & clean. Housekeeping is bang on , I haven’t seen such even in 5 star hotel categories. Overall Service is also excellent .Only they need to focus on quality of of breakfast & not on quantity of items . Overall a wonderful experience.

We had both Chinese and North Indian dishes at Navidya, and everything was delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The service was quick and attentive, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. Definitely a great place to enjoy a good meal with family or friends. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel from Saturday noon to Sunday morning. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for a short stay. We especially appreciated the quiet environment and prompt room service. Overall, it was a great experience.

Our stay was made better the excellent staff and their attentiveness to our every need. Food quality is good, the staff provided good service. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel that they really want to make the guest's stay worthwhile.

Our server Mr. Ram Lal was truly amazing and ensured our dining experience was smooth and special. The ambience was peaceful, the food surpassed our expectations and the hospitality was top notch. Can't wait to come back again!
