Karma Seven Lakes, Udaipur

We stayed a week at the seven lakes, with good veiws of the hills. The street itself is quiet, but 5 minute away from cocophony of stalls, tuk tuks...|The hotel itself is lovely with natural stone floor, 4 poster beds, decent size room and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast most days and evening meals. Indian and toast, eggs options were available with plenty of choice.|Generally nearly all staff were helpful but a partcular mention for reception staff, Yogendra and Heminder. Banshi and Rajesh were great in the restuarant. Jayant was also great, as well as the cleaning teams|Chef Prakash was great, the food very good, and he even came out to us to check we were happy with the food.|We saw Rajasthan dancing one night in the week we were there, on the roof top. There was no other entertainment that week.|Bhawani you have a very good team!|The negatives were few. We were unable to open the lovely huge windows, letting in light. This led to condensation overnight on the windows, which we easily wiped off. There was air con available. Secondly, the Wi-Fi generally worked but not always consistently. The let down for us was the high pressure tactics used by Viashalli to buy and extend our membership into Karma. We explained we didn't wish to proceed. She asked to see us the third time to give final feedback and this also turned into more information giving and better deals etc. This unwanted intrusion spoilt our relaxation, and took up our time, unfortunately. |Overall, a fair location, a pleasant hotel and very good staff.

The overall experience is excellent. |The ambience is good and the property is situated at a premium location and close to various tourist attractions viz. City Palace, Karni Mata Temple, Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple, Sahelio ki Bari.|Food quality is very good with a touch of excellent service. The upkeep and maintenance of the property is very excellent.

Stay at Karma seven lakes ,Udaipur was really great. All staff of the hotel is very well behaved which was appreciated by everyone. | There's a lack of hand-wash dispenser in every wash room was observed. Soap(wet) lying beside the washbasin makes a foul impression. | Please rectify the raised issue if possible in the future. | Thanks and regards.

Our visit was made unforgettable by the delicious food, especially the mouth-watering Rajasthani kichadi that you so graciously shared with us. What touched our hearts, however, was your kindness in taking the time to teach my wife how to cook this traditional dish. The food is not tasty and not much variety. Room very small, the white towels dirty and black. No hot water. We were offered hot water in the bucket. There is no information on laundry, no information on the menu for room service. No information on services provided by this accomodation. TV is not working. The housekeeping made it work, but when we turned it off, it didn't work again. No amenities , no facilities. We discussed with the management, and they rectified the matter immediately. They also arranged for a romantic dinner. We thank you, Bhawani, for your kind co-operation and making our stay better. We appreciate and thank you for your efforts.

I met with Yogendra front desk he is very cooperative and friendly, he helped us when required, 8th jan was my wife's birthday they called me and made arrangements and took care of everything. Rooms was very good and kitchen chef prakesh and Rajesh very nice persons food is also good, Jitendra service is also good. Overall nice stay.

We had a lovely stay at Karma Seven Lakes. Location is perfect with all spots within 3 kms range. Kuldeep Chauhan at the reception gave us warm welcome. Jayant, Chef - Prakash & Rakesh arranged a surprise cake for our anniversary with beautiful decoration. It was such a lovely gesture and we absolutely loved it!

All ok but there was nothing to hang Napkin/Towel (i.e. Towel Rod near Basin)|At front desk Mr. Devendra Sing has given a good treatment and in Dining Mr. Rajesh was good.|We all enjoyed a lot on 31st Dec Event. Too cool with a fire place and nice menue.
