If you’re booking a deluxe room, keep in mind that it’s suitable for only two people. The hotel is located in the heart of Udaipur, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is very cooperative, and the washrooms are clean, although the taps and flushes could use some maintenance. I also recommend including breakfast in your booking—it’s delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from.

The hote is located near to City Palace and very near to market area. The rooms are good but slightly small in size. The food is good and tasty and restaurant area is very nice. There is good parking space available. The public transport is also easily available outside the hotel.

The experience at the hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, with visible dust and stains in several areas. The bathroom had leaking taps, which caused constant inconvenience. Basic utilities were also missing, despite being expected as part of the stay. Additionally, our group was given rooms on different floors, which was highly inconvenient. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and coordination is unacceptable. Improvements are needed before recommending this place to others.

It was a nice touch that added to the overall comfort. **Location:** The hotel is ideally located within the Udaipur market area, making it easy to explore the local attractions. It is near Lake Pichola, Bagore Ki Haveli, and the Lok Dharohar folk dance venue, which are all must-visit spots in Udaipur. **Dining:** The breakfast and dinner options at the hotel were delicious, with a variety of choices available. I recently stayed at Hotel Mukund Vilas, and while the experience had its positives, it came with a few drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and sufficient for three adults, with enough space for an extra mattress, which was a major plus. The poolside ambiance was perfect, with great music and lighting that added to the relaxing vibe. The food was flavorful, though a bit expensive. However, maintenance issues stood out as a concern. The cupboard hinge was broken, making it impossible to close, and the bathroom door was perpetually jammed, difficult to open, and couldn’t be latched even with force. Additionally, only shower gel was provided, so don’t expect shampoo or other toiletries. While the hotel is great value during regular times, the ₹5000 cost during peak season feels steep given these shortcomings.

During my Rajasthan trip this was the best hotel that I stayed in. The food and service is excellent. For the first day we got a bit late to arrive to checkin in the hotel which was supposed to be around 8 PM but due to some issues we checked in at 11 PM after dinner time, but there was not a single issue with the customer service regarding the same. The staff provided us with nice rooms and took our bags to the rooms even though it was very late at night and served us good warm food. ❤️

It is an average hotel. The room service need to be improved. I had to follow-up multiple times to turn on the hot water. The AC was not working properly too. When I raised this concern, they do not have an option other than waiting till next day morning. The breakfast provided is just ok. The only good thing is, the swimming pool is operational and available to use till 9.00 PM in the evening, though the restrooms near swimming pool are still under repair.
