Aaram Mahal By Pachar Group-Udaipur

Located very close to City Palace. Has covered parking in basement. Rooms are spacious, additional mattress was provided free of cost as we were three of us. The hotel provides good view of the palace. A ordinary restaurant is there with limited Manu. Indian food is available which is tasty. It's comfortable but not a luxury hotel.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and the location is better than you would expect. It is right next to the entrance gate of the City Palace - barely 50m walk. The windows from the hotel rooms had a great view as well because we could see the City Palace from there even at night. The staff was very courteous and the complimentary breakfast was also freshly made and tasty. The only major issue that we faced was that the swimming pool wasn't functional and we were not informed about it even though the pool was the main reason why we booked the hotel. They also didn't offer a discount when I mentioned the issue which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff was very respectful throughout our stay in the hotel and they made sure that we had a good time there. I won't mind staying there again if I every visit Udaipur again.

We had a wonderful stay at this location.Palace was visible from theroom. Over all good experience.Good clean rooms.Staff is also polite and friendly. But restaurant is not properly functional.

Had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to City Palace and other attractions. Food was very delicious and the staff were very helpful. I would like to specially thank Shiv Kumar for organising Candle Light dinner on our first day of arrival.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist . Room was clean and Spacious.Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent City Palace View from the rooms. Hotel situated opposite City palace gate number 2. 2.5 kms far from railway station. Best hotel for all kind travellers. Garden, Pool and City Palace View rooms available in hotel. Highly recommend for all kind travellers.

Mr.Ajay singh was very helpful .|Property is at prime place where everything is on walkable distance ,specially City palace .|Food is good. Hot water was available | Need to work on hospitality like need room slippers , bigger water bottle. Pool was not working.

It is a good hotel situated at the front of city palace Udaipur. Air port is about 30 kilometres from the hotel. Cab can take about 40 minutes from the hotel. Near the hotel many tourists go to Halthy Ghaty, temples etc. Kumbhalgarh fort is also a good place for visit.
