HOTEL SURYANSH

We recently stayed at Hotel Suryansh with our family of 12 and had a great experience. We booked 3 deluxe rooms a month in advance, and everything went smoothly. The rooms were clean, peaceful, and comfortable, with properly working AC and geysers. They didn’t charge extra, and the staff was polite and helpful, even accommodating our early check-in at 8 AM and late checkout for one room until 5:45 PM. They also had lift in their hotel. While they don’t offer breakfast or have a pool, tea and coffee are available for extra charges, and nearby stalls and restaurants provide great options. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to City Palace, other attractions, and just 5-6 minutes from the railway station. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly stay that we highly recommend!

Bad experience. So many hidden costs and charges. We pre-booked the economy room and it was a rooftop room which is nowhere mentioned in any website. The washroom was so tiny and if you take a shower the water will fall on the toilet pot. There was no service of hot water and the tv was broken. They charged us for early check-in while the rooms were still empty. We had to book another room by paying 300 extra for each night. The service is very very slow. In the cold of udaipur they charge extra for hot water. Be ready to wait for atleast an hour if you ask anything. There's no wifi and the tv is either not working or not recharged. The receptionist will do anything to get payment in cash or will ask you to pay extra in the name of "taxes". Wifi, tv , electric kettle, iron board are all mentioned in their room amenities but none of them is actually available. Really felt cheated. Will never recommend anyone to go to this hotel

Visited this site while on a family trip. The hotel staff and receptionist are helpful. Definitely recommended for family stay with medium budget as this hotel is close to railway station, bus stops and main city. The owner allowed us to keep bags in his cloakroom without any extra charge. Over and above, we needed the room for 3hrs after our complete checkout and they made arrangements for us at mere 600₹. This was the worst experience with the hotel management team , the staff name bhairo singh was cooperative but the upper management team was so rude. We stayed their for 2 days and they don't even check for housekeeping and cleaning. When we aksed for post check-out n all,they asked for extra amount and we agreed on that too. Still the owner behavior was so bad with us and being a girl he was literally shouting and did argument regarding checkout. On my personal experience i would like to give it negative rating. After all this incident we did early check-out and in his sarcastic way he said "thankyou so much". Which was too bad. Being a girl this hotel is not good for girls. Because of his owner.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. Very courteous owner and staff. Located near Gulab Bagh with all sort of foods option available in vicinity.

Apart from location there is nothing good about staying here. But you can find many options in this location. There is no bath towel provided,no water bottles and just to keep your luggage in the lobby also you have to pay which was not the case in the other hotels we stayed. On top of all these the door handle came down while locking and big con there is no hot water in the room we were asked to use the heating rod for hot water which is completely terrible. Not suggested for single / family use. P.S don't go based on other reviews you will be disappointed.

I just booked in suryansh hotel for two days they asked me to pay 2500 for two days but due to medical emergency i checked out in 1 day on time When i asked them to refund me they clearly denied me I also asked them to refund me atleast 500 they denied me again Excuses me who told you i am staying there i just checked out in one day. Your head management doesn't have time to talk to there guests for 2 minutes.

Hotel owners will speak nicely on your entry but after that they will show u real color There is no amenities as promised took money for early checkin and behaviour of hotel staff is worst asking for due balance at midnight just like recovery agents on asking time of morning they started yelling at us and hotel owners of this hotel are bad continously called on room landline and more than 50 %advance paid by me but still they didnt allow me morning time which led me to skip my plan and leave early when i told owner about early check out he told me give me my full money of 4 days even if u leave at 2 days .or otherwise vacate my room (i paid more than 50% in advance ).this is not the case with other hotels nearby . Worst ever experience and never recommended to anyone .
