Hotel Pannadhay Palace

"I decided to stay at this hotel with my family for a week and it was a wonderful experience! The setting and decor of the hotel was very attractive and modern. The rooms were large and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and they took care of our every need. The hotel restaurant was great, and they had a wide variety of dishes. We ate there several times and each time we got very tasty food. My experience staying at this hotel was great, and I would recommend it to others."

Rooms aren’t the same as shown on Google, infact they are horrible from inside and a complete mess (bugs, insects and flies all around) , upon request to the front desk; the guy shut the AC off and start bothering us. Owner was heavily drunk and stood in front of our door for 3 hours which was so unprofessional and made our stay a nightmare. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to go even if they offer for free. We ended up having bugs in our clothes. Owner and staff doesn’t have sense on how to behave in front of family or children. They were using abusive language while taking in lobby and dining area.

Owner and staff are very dangerous they both tried to invade my privacy while, I was having shower and tried to touch me; such a horrible experience jt was luckily my husband came and they both pretended that nothing happened. I had chat with other guests as well they didn’t even had anything as per their expectations. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with their behaviour and quite frankly stay wasn’t the great as it shows on pictures.

its fine to pay 700/- per day, They dont have TV, They Don't Have good Good Room, Its look Like desi Room. Food is too much costly according to quality, they are told for 1st pay and after alloting room. very worst experince, Need to pay for small small things, Not Worth, totally not worth i wasted my money.

Location is good, but very much crowded. Better to stay little away. Hotel rooms are not clean and not well maintained! Some of the rooms even don't have single window! See live photos attached here; of very much dirty toilets, with all broken bath fittings, linen with dirty stains, torn beds, etc. Never stay in this hotel, even for free. There are various other hotels available in vicinity almost at same price!

This is for the first time that I have tried Oyo rooms. Thought that as an upcoming brands the property will be well kept but aghast. To my surprise, my trip ended before it could start. The guy taking the calls from the time of calling him to understand the directions to reach the hotel till we checked in (had no option) was pathetic. The washrooms were leaking, dirty, unkept. Yuck is the word. Wifi does not work and I was informed that the server is down. Is this for me to see?||I had to give a rating of 1 still... since you do not have an option of giving this in minus.
