very good hotel in the price/quality category. There were no problems with hot water, the room was clean, bed linen without stains. Breakfast was delicious, mainly Indian food. The staff was very friendly, pleasant. The location is very convenient! We liked everything during our stay.

I do not have an option to select 0 or -1 star or else I would have selected. Literally they charged us 800 for early check in and 500 for late check out. We were just 1 hour late to check out the room and they demanded us 500. We vacated at 12pm and check out time was 11 am. During check in they charged us 800. We arrived at 8 am and check in time was 12 pm. For 4 hours they took 800. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. The location is also not great and rooms are very small at this price range. Please do not book at Treebo Jheel Mahal.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Jheel Mahal in Udaipur. The owner was incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel completely safe throughout our stay. The location is perfect with stunning views of the City Palace. Highly recommend this gem for families visiting Udaipur.

I had a pathetic experience. They charged extra money from me for early check in and late check out. For 4 hours prior check in they charged us 800. And for 1 hour late check out they charged us 500. The rooms are very small. The locality is a village. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. They do not allow Blinkit and zomato delivery guys to deliver at room’s door. The rooms are very small and feel claustrophobic. Please avoid this place.

Very neatly maintained and accessible hotel. I stayed there for a couple of days. Arpit took good care of us and ensured we get rental bikes in good condition. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Will recommend it.

I really loved the hotel mainly because of its prime location in the center of Udaipur’s old city. Major sightseeing spots like Jagdish Temple, Ambrai Ghat, Karni Mata Temple, Lake Pichola and Bagore Ki Haveli are all within walking distance and the local market is close by too. The rooms were spacious, clean and even the washrooms were well-maintained. The owner is very helpful and guides you about nearby attractions. He also shared that it’s a family-friendly hotel and they prefer to host families for a peaceful stay. The breakfast is home cooked and tasty,adding a personal touch to the experience. Overall, for the price, this hotel is a total value-for-money stay—highly recommended!

Hotel Jheel Mahal is one the best, very well maintained, clean and affordable hotels in Udaipur and owner Mr. Arpit Sinha is an amazing host who was very helpful and made sure our stay experience was smooth. The food, room service and rooms were very well maintained and upto the standards of Treebo. This hotel should be considered for anyone looking to stay in udaipur for tourism.

The worst stay ever. They did not even provide basic plates and spoons for having food. There was no tea kettle in the room which is a very basic amenity. The linen was in very bad condition. No toilet rolls were there in both the room we had taken. The breakfast is just pathetic any road side vedor would have better presentation than they did. They served breakfast on a table covered with home bedsheets. The plates and bowls were kept on a old washing machine covered with a bedsheet. The breakfast timing they said is only from 8.30 to 9.30 am hence we forcefully had to have it at that time. Even after that while we were having our breakfast the hotel staff started closing and removed the breakfast while we were still there having our breakfast. We had to ask them to leave us some tea in the flask and it was empty. Butter was kept in a bowl open. Only poha (cold) and aloo paratha was served with bread butter jam. No cereals. Nothing was as per a proper hotel's standard it was just very very bad. The fdm was very rude and arrogant. Overall a very bad experience not worth at all. Treebo should take immediate action on this and compensate for this.
