very good hotel in the price/quality category. There were no problems with hot water, the room was clean, bed linen without stains. Breakfast was delicious, mainly Indian food. The staff was very friendly, pleasant. The location is very convenient! We liked everything during our stay.

Terrible experience. Since it was very cold in Udaipur (<10degree celcius) , and we were travelling with a kid, right after booking (and after a fair amount of reading reviews etc) I called to ask if they will have a room heater. Finding the number to call was a hassle, which I won't get in to here. The owner said that they will charge Rs. 800 extra *per night* for a heater. For comparison , a new heater can be bought for about Rs. 1000. I found this astonishing and said so. He challenged me to find where it said on Agoda that heating was included with the room. I later did find that in fact the Agoda listing said so. I then called him again. He asked me to send a screenshot. I did. He then said that if it says so, he will not change me anything extra. Meanwhile, I had gotten a message from them asking to pay an advance. The message said PAY HERE, but there was no link. There were a couple of days to pay and I was getting late for office, so I thought I'll deal with it in the evening. Anyhow, by afternoon, I got an email saying my booking was cancelled. I called the guy again, and he said "somehow" my booking had gotten cancelled and somebody else had booked, so he couldn't do anything. No apology, no expression of remorse, nothing. Anyhow, two wasted days, and I was back to square one with my Udaipur hotel bookings, with the trip approaching soon. This experience was very telling with respect to their attention to detail, customer service or lack thereof and indeed their lack of ethics. For these reasons, I am unable to recommend this place.

Stayed here for 3 Days on my marriage anniversary n had a great experience with Super host Arpit who made me felt special. His minute details on how to move around in the cities sight seeing. Big rooms with Cleanliness n delicious breakfast was like cherry 🍒 on cake.. Would definitely recommend this to all. Thanks Arpit n dinesh for your warm gesture.

While the location is accessible, but the surrounding is in a proper village & is located in a small lane. The rooms are small, we actually felt claustrophobic at times. Breakfast options were just 1-2 items and the taste was average When we asked the reception person if we can order food from outside, he rudely asked us to order from their hotel, but after confirming with him, we did order from outside. But this was the 1st hotel which charged extra for asking for dishes and spoons. And this is not even a proper hotel, its a shared property wherein the owner and family stays upstairs while the rooms down are given for services. Not sure how this property has such high ratings everywhere. One of the worst stay experience I had so far.

The best part of this hotel is its location, parking maybe a issue here But it's walking distance from city palace. Rooms are also clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was good but options were limited and food is served on roof top which is uncomfortable in winters.

Very convenient location , walking distance from city palace . The host was very nice and very helpful . If you are coming to Udaipur must stay here. We enjoyed our stay . The view from top was amazing u can see City palace.

Great location. Actually, this is a very late review post. Had visited this property way back in November. Me and my cycling friends and I were on a Udaipur jodhpur Jaisalmer cycling trip and decided to stay at this place. Rooms are decent, food quality, and taste is good. The best part that I found interesting was that breakfast or dinner was served on the terrace with a view of the fort in the background. Arpit the host was really helpful with keeping our cycles safe in the garage and also driving one of us on a two-wheeler to the cycle shop!!

Spacious and clean room with very comfortable bed/ mattress. Very convenient location Personal touch by Arpit makes a guest feel at home. Overall wonderful experience and great value
