Tripli Hotels Shambhu Villas

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Rooms are not same as shown on the site. The washroom was not properly clean , it seriously needs a renovation. Additionally, the room itself was freezing due to the marble flooring, with no sunlight coming in to warm things up. Without any provision for heaters, the room remained uncomfortably cold throughout my stay. To make matters worse, customer service was poor. Every request I made, whether for extra blankets or a heater, was simply denied with a vague "not possible" response. It felt like they had no interest in addressing any of my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable room conditions, and unhelpful staff. There are much better options available nearby.

I had the most incredible stay at Tripli Hotels in Udaipur! The royal-style room was absolutely stunning - it truly felt like living like royalty for a day. But what really stole the show was the rooftop area with a poolside cafe. The views were breathtaking, and the ambiance was so relaxing. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Udaipur. I highly recommend Tripli Hotels to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Udaipur. Can't wait to come back and experience it again!

Lenins were not clean. Bathroom has no window or any kind of ventilation. Room and bathroom size was good. Lighting was good.

The location is excellent, situated near the Sheetla Mata Gate of City Palace, with most tourist attractions nearby. The rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is polite.

Please don't book this hotel, Worst rules and regulations. Not a supportive staff, not solve your complaint. Tv is not in Working. Ac Water likeage. Room service is not satisfied. Only hotel location and property is good. Swimming pool is very small only for 5-6 members. Open sitting is not allowed by guest, only for Resturant.

Comfortable stay. The staff was trained. The kitchen has a great menu.
