I'm excited to share my recent experience at the Grand Hotel, where I stayed for a week during my business trip. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff stood out. The concierge team went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure that my stay was comfortable. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, featuring modern amenities and a stunning view of the city skyline. Every morning, housekeeping did a fantastic job in refreshing the room at a time that was convenient for me. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering a wide variety of fresh options, including local delicacies that were a delight to try. The hotel's in-house restaurant deserves a special mention for its exquisite dinner menu and attentive service. One of the hotel's strongest features is its location. It's situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions and convenient for attending business meetings. The transport links are excellent, with a subway station just a short walk away. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hotel for both leisure and business travelers. It combines comfortable accommodations with top-notch service and a prime location, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the city.especially the staff members JITENDER AND MANSI WAS VERY GREAT AT PROVIDING SERVICES AND BY NATURE THEY ARE GREAT GUYS. The exterior looks a little downtrodden but that is the beauty of it. The rooftop gives you a good view of the city especially in the night. Mr Dinesh was really helpful with arrangements for local travel. Staff in general is very nice and helpful. Had a good short stay. There is a restaurant and bar Qalaa on the first floor. Has good vibes and food and drinks. Spent Saturday night there. They had live music as well. Good atmosphere and very well natured staff.

Awesome udaipur trip and the stay|The stay was amazing , hospitality and the service was top notch. The staff at the hotel is genuine and helpful. We had a really good time at Bloom Boutique, Rooms really very neat and clean. specially the rooftop restaurant is just outstanding. Breakfast was very nice and staff really very professional. and we will definitely come back to Bloom

Stayed 2 nights, rooms and bathroom are spacious, the decor of the hotel is different and nice, cafe is very good, decent view from rooftop, breakfast is ok, can here street noises, cafe plays loud music at night which if you inform the hotel will ask them to reduce volume, I felt hotel is over priced. Private parking is available. Scooter can be arranged on rent.

Dinesh provided very good service at our hotel and restaurants and was very a good host and made sure our stay was comfortable. He was friendly and brought items for the room service as per our requirements very efficiently. Highly recommend their staff and service

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Though the rooms was spacious and good but the main problem we faced was they were doing construction in the next room we stayed. Too much nuisance and i complained for 2 continuous days then they stopped the construction. Also we organised room decoration for our anniversary but they told me 2800 on phone and charged 3800 to my husband as he was unaware of the price I asked. Breakfast was not worth and tea was the worst i had anywhere till now. Waiters hardly consider your special mentions to anything. If you want to have early checkin then be ready to pay extra 1500 rs and they told its bloom’s policy though we booked hotel for 2 nights and then they dont let you sleep peacefully by making it as a construction site. I had worst experience here though i booked their most expensive room palace suit. I would say udaipur has far better legacy hotels in the same price which worth more than this so called 3 star hotel.

We booked for three nights. Very nice place to stay at. Location is good. Near to all major tourist spots. Views are good. Service is very good. Clean and well maintained. Bike car rental services and taxi services are available.
