Very nice hotel rooms with amazing views of the lake from every corner of the room at a good tariff. It offers a great view of the Leela palace hotel. Even the staff and the owner is very cooperative.

This hotel "Nirvana Haveli by the Lake Pichola" listed on makemytrip is a SCAM. In fact it's not even a hotel. It is a home where is there are 3 rooms being rented out on Makemytrip as hotel rooms. There are 2 uneducated boys who are handling this property for check-in/check-out, room service etc. No roof top restaurant was there when we checked in they said it used to be there, no more operational. No facility in the room is there. No kettle, dirty shabby towels, a secret door in the room which was hidden behind the cupboard to which they had no explanation when asked, the bedsheets were super dirty. Floor was full of mud when we checked-in. We asked for room cleaning, one of the boys came with a jhadu and did the worst job doing jhadu. The door mats were full of mud. The bathtub is a health hazard, there is no way to enter it other than jumping into it from 4.5 feet height. The hand wash was very watery. The bathroom door was not designed to be closed, no latch, no lock nothing at all. The lake view is another joke. You get to see other shabby buildings around from the window and little bit of back side of Leela. No elevator. In fact it has a lot of steep stairs. Worst stay ever. No power backup as well. They had an invertor which suddenly stopped working and we were out of power for long duration. The owner of the property stays abroad. There is some manager who handles the bookings for this, and that person was not cooperative at all. We paid 11.5k per night during peak season. We didn't get any service one would expect in 11.5k per night. We chose to change hotel last minute.

It’s an amazing place to stay. The rooms and the rooftop gives a great view of the lake. The breakfast has limited options but it’s delicious and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We can reach this place only by an auto since the roads are pretty narrow. It overlooks the Leela palace property as well. The rooftop is a major attraction as it’s simply quiet and the view is breathtaking. A bonus is the bathtub in the washroom.

We had a great time of staying for 5 nights. We had the King Suite on the top floor with great view of the Lake by just sitting at the bed. The view is even more spectacular from the rooftop. The bed is super comfortable, the room is very clean. Even the nights are cold, the room keeps the warmth very well. The keeper Luvkosh is very good in responding to our needs and he cleans our room perfectly well everyday. The Haveli is just 5 min from Ambrai and Uprei and within short walking distance to City Palace and nearby places.

Amazing hotel! Spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with stunning lake view and jacuzzi. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and breathtaking rooftop sunsets. Highly recommend!

A very very very nice experience in our stay.. it feels like your own private space.. very nice terrace.. private roof top with amazing lake view experience..luvkush the care taker was very polite.. soo well mannered.. gave great service.. very spacious room and bathtub.. amazing view and sitouts.. must experience
