Amazing experience of staying at Ushaan Haveli Hotel in Udaipur. During my stay in Udaipur I had health problems. The co-owners of the hotel, two brothers, responded instantly and helped me by taking me to the Udaipur hospital. They also helped me and called a doctor to the hotel to treat and monitor my health. They treated me like a member of their family, taking care of me during difficult moment of my life.For their kindness and compassion, I am immensely grateful to them. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. A few words about the Ushaan Haveli hotel itself. It is a work of art. Drawings of Maharaj, Maharani, Indian dancers, musicians, lotuses on the walls, ceilings in the rooms and other parts hotel, the Haveli indoor pool create unique charm, grace and beauty. The hotel is located in the heart of ancient Udaipur, a 5-minute walk from Lake Pichola - a very convenient location for tourists. Actually great staying experience in the heart of old town. The only problem is, you have to park your car about a kilometre away (a paid parking, slot provided by the hotel) and walk down the distance. Or you can take an auto. But the staying experience is nice, homely. You can walk through the entire old city and have a great experience of old world charm.

Pleasant rooms, excellent location in a traditional area within easy walking distance to lake, restaurants and old city. Brothers Harshit and Purohit are so very helpful with changing money, finding transport within Udaipur and to other cities, and other issues.

Excellent hotel! Very well situated, quiet clean, wonderful pool, room and bathroom with space. A top roof with a magnificent view on Udaipur. The walls of the room and hotel are nicely painted. The owner is very helpful and professional staff.

Our family spent here 2 nights. The position of the hotel is very good, it's quiet and close to many sightseeing spots. The rooms were very nice, big enough with cozy atmosphere. The owner and all staff are very polite and nice. The breakfast was good, it took only a bit time. You can't come to the hotel by car.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The room was really clean and so beautiful! Such comfy beds and a lovely hot shower. Also the free breakfast is a bonus! I really recommend 😊
