Hotel Dhola Ghat Haweli

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Service and Housekeeping: We had to call multiple times just to get fresh towels and sanitary items. Despite staying for 3 nights, we were informed that bed sheets and cushions would not be changed during our stay. Worse still, the bed sheets and covers were dirty when we first arrived, which was extremely disappointing. Room and Facilities: The bathroom design was poorly thought out—the partitions offer no privacy as you can hear noises from other rooms. Additionally, the window curtains do not fully cover the room, compromising privacy. To make matters worse, we felt electric shocks while using the shower and tap, which is a serious safety concern. Dining Experience: The buffet for lunch and dinner was another letdown. The food was overly salty and lacked flavor. The only positive aspect was the view from the dining area, which was quite nice. Conclusion: While the hotel offers a great view, the overall experience was marred by poor service, cleanliness issues, safety hazards, and subpar dining. I would not recommend staying here until these problems are addressed.

Nice rooms for budget stay and location is perfect to explore many tourist spots and sunset points, everything at walking distance. Best part is the Yummy yoga restaurant on their rooftop, they have best food and amazing view with humble and professional staff. Rooms don't have clean and hygienic washrooms and they have not provided basic facilities like soap, towel etc...If not stay, the restaurant is worth having a delicious dinner.

We booked Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days Cons: 1)Everything you need to ask repeatedly 2)TV is not working in the deluxe Room When I asked, they told me it does not come with this room. how rude an unexpected answer 3) you need to ask for many small things like a bathtub and bath soap 4)Room Phone is not Working 5)If you go with an old age person then avoid it because no lift there Pros: 1)Good Restaurant on the Rooftop and a nice view. The food is also delicious but you need to wait almost a minimum of 30 minutes 2)Rooms are Ok and the building architecture is small. 3)Towels are dirty and old 4)Staff is Good and Helpful. 5)City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Bagor ki haveli by walking distance(around 500m to 600m). In short, if you planning to spend only a night then it goes otherwise many good hotels are available around.

Traditional kind of rooms with all facilities and in the same building running a restaurant which serves very delicious food. Completely worth staying here.
